11/05/2025: Don't buy a kitchen from Ikea. I bought one for my mother-in-law and after 20 days they made me dismantle the old kitchen but they only assembled one part. For 20 days we don't know what happened to the upper part, I strongly advise against buying a kitchen from Ikea who are incompetent and lack resolution

I carry out an online evaluation of two bissa shoe racks purchased in 2022 that I can no longer use for a change of apartment.
I receive the confirmation email with the evaluation number and instructions for returning the items to the store.
I go to customer service and wait an hour before being served.
I am greeted by an employee who doesn't even bother to say good morning, okay let's move on, the product cannot be returned because there is no label.
Fair but misleading, the employee shows me the regulation on the site where it is stated that the product must have a label to demonstrate that the item is no more than 10 years old.
So why not include the same statement in the appointment confirmation email?
Everything is written in this email except that the product must have a label!
Specifically, I am instructed to bring the product assembled, clean and packaged and what's more, if I don't know how to transport the goods I can rent a van with Hertz, a person in difficulty would also have rented the van by shelling out more money!
You will realize that it is absurd, if it had also been specified in the email that I would have to return the item with the label I would have avoided the hassle of cleaning, packing and transporting everything just to waste an hour of my time.
A global giant should improve the management of this service and above all review the staff!

12/01/2025: I would like to tell the pizzeria managers that if you can't process home orders, don't take them!! I ordered at 6.20pm via Just Eat, delivery was due at 8.10pm. I still waited, in the rain, then I called the pizzeria, the first time it was busy, a second time they didn't answer, the third and final time a man answered and told me that he had informed Just Eat of the delay . I ask him how much longer for delivery, he tells me that he had to serve the people at the tables first, it would have been another hour. In the end I decide to cancel, given the delay and go directly to a nearby pizzeria, so that my son could eat his pizza.
Bad experience, avoid booking from this pizzeria.

11/02/2025: Let me start by saying that I tried the place twice with friends because there were many tastes. The quality of the croissants and in general of the rest is very low. There is no quality in the dough, in the pastry, in the pankake etc...Graffa full of oil not to mention that there is more filling than dough in the staple! So it's like eating only the cream. Pankake and other things would like to pass them off as modern desserts with various flavors but in reality if the quality is low the food is still banal why? Because there is no quality.

10/09/2024: On Sunday it is full of people, in fact we found a table of 6 when there were 8 of us.
He does everything, for example I booked a sandwitch club.
All sandwiches start from €3.50:
Hamburgers;
Porchetta;
Kebab [...]
If we put €0.50 more we can put chips, peppers, foods in oil [...]; Ketchup and Mayonase are given to you directly in the container and you decide how much quantity you want to put in these delicious sauces.
To drink, for example, I got a bottle of water and it was €1.40, coca cola, fanta and more start from €2.00.
Bonus thing for those interested: first of all I ate between inside and outside but didn't get any money for it; I paid €5.00 for the club sandwitch: it's a mix of quite a few things + salad and as usual the sauces give you full containers and you decide how much you want to put.
Nice place and waiters always available.
They also give you pizza if you want and even better if you go to the place next door you can get ice cream, sweets, cakes etc... if you want you can even have some parties.

23/02/2025: Domenica 9 febbraio abbiamo ordinato dei bacetti presso la gelateria la Scimmietta per un costo di 35 euro . Dopo poco, ci è stato recapitato mezzo chilo di gelato sfuso (meno di 15 euro il costo) assolutamente insufficiente per i nostri ospiti, il nostro ordine finiva con il numero 6, ma il driver deve essersi confuso e ovviamente chi ha ricevuto i bacetti non ha ritenuto opportuno di confessare!! Dopo ore di telefonate e mail tra la gelateria, il driver e il servizio clienti, mi avvisano che l’azienda avrebbe predisposto un rimborso e che sarebbe arrivato in 5 giorni lavorativi. Sono passati 15 giorni e ancora non ho avuto il rimborso. Nonostante la gentilezza di chi mi ha risposto a telefono dalla gelateria, questo accaduto va a discapito non solo di Alfonsino che ci ha persi come clienti, ma anche di una rinomata gelateria che non dovrebbe servirsi di partners così poco affidabili!!! A noi resta la brutta figura fatta con gli ospiti e la certezza che non potremmo mai più affidarci a questo servizio!!

20/04/2025: Siamo entrate in questo bar con buone aspettative, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata negativa fin dall’inizio. L’aspetto del locale non era dei migliori, piuttosto trascurato. Abbiamo ordinato le nostre bibite e ci sono stati serviti bicchieri sporchi, che abbiamo dovuto chiedere di sostituire.
All’arrivo dell’aperitivo, ci sono state servite anche due porzioni di nuggets che non avevamo richiesto. Abbiamo chiesto subito chiarimenti e ci è stato detto che erano incluse nell’aperitivo. Solo al momento del conto ci siamo rese conto che ci erano state addebitate separatamente per un totale di 12 euro.
Abbiamo fatto presente la cosa e ci è stato risposto che ci veniva “fatta la cortesia” di togliere una sola porzione, come se ci stessero facendo un favore, quando in realtà era un errore loro.
L’aperitivo era tutt’altro che soddisfacente, sia per qualità che per quantità. In generale, un servizio poco trasparente e un’esperienza che non ripeteremo.

19/10/2024: Abbiamo ordinato a domicilio questo sabato sera dopo aver aspettato 1 ora poiché la pizza non arrivava.Servizio di consegna pessimo.Per quanto riguarda le qualità della pizza,pessima:impasto insipido,wurstel crudi e patatine dure,povera di ingredienti,secca e pesante.
