25/10/2025: I ordered a special sandwich with fries, the fries were missing and the hamburger was supposed to be rare, it was burnt.
17/10/2025: The delivery arrived 40 minutes late. A piece of plastic (cheddar bag) was found in the sandwich, and the fries were cold.
Sandwiches aren't as good as they used to be. When you're focused on profit, you focus on quantity but not quality.

20/11/2025: Honestly, I've often come here for takeout, too, and it's always been great. As a local pizzeria, it's a great choice.
Excellent products, fast service, and polite and respectful service.
16/11/2025: I ordered a takeaway sandwich, excellent products, a full sandwich and it arrived hot, with the waiting time respected.

La Nuova Napoli - Pizzeria

03/12/2025: I was struck by the kindness. I don't remember the name, but I think it was the pizza chef who welcomed us and explained that if we wanted something that wasn't on display, he'd make it for us on the spot. The pizza was good, in my opinion, but the dough could be improved a bit. I paid €6 for two mini pizzas and two beers. I'll definitely be back.

05/10/2025: My father-in-law ordered a saltimbocca for my pregnant wife and me, and we received a pizza... which we only realized after opening the box.
We called the pizzeria and asked for an exchange, denying that they had made a mistake on the order.
They also offered to send us another delivery, obviously paying for it...
This is not the way to behave, these people are not serious and they don't act like a good customer.

11/12/2025: EDIT: After 9 years, the checkout counters are still working almost decently.
It's impossible to get near the store on Sunday and Saturday afternoons due to the endless lines. During the week, it's a great option for inexpensive furniture purchases, but also for picking up some tasty food or specialty drinks from Sweden.
10/12/2025: The only shame is the customer service. There's always only a few people working there. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
