12/05/2026: I'd like to congratulate Teresa, who worked in the sofa department at IKEA Naples on May 12, 2026, around 11:30 AM. She was absolutely exceptional in customer service and extremely helpful with two English customers who had to organize a large number of purchases in a short time because we had to go to the airport. Despite the store being very busy, Teresa remained patient, kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. She really went out of her way to help us organize a complicated delivery, and we will always be grateful for her kindness and efficiency. Teresa is a true IKEA employee and a great asset to the company. Thank you, Teresa!

Although they are renowned for their pizza, I asked them to prepare lasagna for 30 people, and the result exceeded all expectations. Here's what impressed us: Quality of ingredients: You could taste the freshness of the ingredients and the care taken in the artisanal preparation. A lasagna "just like home-made," but with a professional touch. Unanimous success: Getting 30 colleagues to agree is never easy, but the satisfaction was total. The dishes were clean and we received countless compliments. Professionalism and Punctuality: Handling an order like this requires organization. Antonio and his staff were impeccable, precise with their timing, and very kind in accommodating our logistical needs. If you're looking for a place that combines a passion for cooking with the utmost customer service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended not only for a pizza night, but also for events and special requests!

02/01/2026: I was in Afragola and stumbled upon this place. Besides the delicious pizzas, Parisian and Casatiello, I had the opportunity to chat with the pizza chef Antonio, a very friendly, kind, and personable guy. If you want a good product and a home-like feel, I absolutely recommend stopping by, even just for a pizza. Highly recommended.

28/01/2026: I purchased several pizza slices and some fried food a few hours ago, but the experience fell far short of expectations. Although the Gateau and Mimosa slices were acceptable, the rest of the order presented serious issues: Sausage and Friarielli: A combination that should be a strong point, but here it completely failed. The sausage was bland, and the friarielli were completely flavorless, with that watery consistency typical of low-quality frozen products. A real shame for those who expect traditional flavors. Frittatine (Classic and Pasta and Potatoes): Here the problem was serious. Both had a predominant and extremely unpleasant acidic note, a sign that something was wrong with the preservation process or the ingredients (bechamel or sauce). The result? They both ended up in the trash after the first bite. Paying for food that ends up directly in the trash is unacceptable. There is a clear lack of attention in the selection of raw materials and in the quality control of over-the-counter products. I will never go back there again.

02/06/2026: I witnessed an embarrassing scene where a gentleman was verbally assaulted by security. The gentleman who was waiting for his sandwich found a cockroach on him and, shaking himself off, dropped it. Then, with the LED light on his cell phone, he was rightly checking to see what kind it was and realized it was a cockroach. At that point, security arrived and told him to go outside to leave the premises, but in a threatening manner, the gentleman "customer" was left with a shocked face and left the premises. They didn't want to refund him because they said the order was almost ready. However, he didn't want to eat and left, paying without eating. It's full of threats.

01/06/2026: I was at the drive thru this evening. Items were missing, and the girl was also very rude. It seemed like they were forcing her to work. The service leaves much to be desired. I got out of the car to go and claim the missing item. The floor was all sticky, as if it hadn't been there in ages. So, only one star for the very poor hygiene. I would suggest a NAS check.

14/05/2026: Avoid only for takeout service; the staff are rude and unhelpful. When I asked to enter the courtyard only, he refused. I, who have a bad leg, had to go all the way outside... what's more, he wouldn't even get out of the car, but I had to ask him. (To be clear, I didn't ask him to go upstairs.)
