20/12/2025: The place was very nice, and the staff was also very friendly.
For my taste, the poke rice was a bit too dry and bland; I wasn't entirely sold on it. But besides the usual seaweed salad, I didn't try anything else.
Otherwise, the dressing was quite generous.

But beyond bread, rigorously made with an ancient sourdough starter jealously handed down (criscito in our dialect), you'll find taralli and freselle, pan pizzas in various flavors, Neapolitan-style filled sandwiches, and hot dog-style sandwiches... all baked in a wood-fired oven, sourced from the surrounding woods and countryside, which enhances the aroma and flavor even further...
