25/01/2026: I had a certain respect for the owners. But I didn't expect that, after my car was stolen outside their pizzeria, they didn't even bother to call me.
A total disappointment; they'll never see our faces again.
31/12/2025: I would return only for the PORTOFINO: the latter are really worth it! For the place, friendly and versatile owner, less so the lady who manages the room! We took advantage of the pizza menu, an interesting formula but... the fried appetizer if it is made on site by them can really be a very good thing! Good pizza but on a Saturday evening perhaps... something always goes wrong: the well-cooked ones are good!

06/01/2026: One of my favorite bars for aperitivo. Good food, great prices. I also had pizza a while ago, and it was good and light.
Just one thing: in my opinion, the music inside is often too loud, making it difficult to talk.
25/12/2025: What Caldarelli sold me as an artisanal chocolate croissant is a complete rip-off. It's clear from the photo: dry dough, coarsely flaky pastry, practically nonexistent chocolate filling, just a few random streaks. It's not a chocolate croissant: it's a hollow croissant with a distant hint of cocoa.
We're talking about a very well-known café that prides itself on making artisanal products. If this is artisanal, then there's a serious problem. A product like this is unacceptable at any price, let alone €1.60. High price, extremely low quality. Embarrassing value for money.
Customers come in expecting a certain standard, especially when the name is well-known and the image is well-groomed. Here, however, they leave feeling ripped off. And no, it's not a matter of taste: it's a question of commercial honesty. If you call it a "chocolate croissant," the chocolate must actually be there.
I hate to say it, but this experience completely undermines my confidence. A place like this should be self-critical, because those who pay have every right to expect real quality, not just marketing and inflated prices.

24/12/2025: Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. I bought the Panettone Dubai based on the excellent reviews, but the experience was terrible: the dough crumbles as soon as you touch it, and the cream is completely tasteless. For the price paid and the reputation of the place, I expected artisanal quality, which today is completely lacking. Not recommended.

29/12/2024: Avevo prenotato per il cenone del 31/12 tramite The Fork, con tanto di conferma il menù di €130,00 a persona. Ho poi contattato la struttura, per sincerarmene e capire se ci fosse necessità di un acconto, trattandosi di una data particolare.
La persona con cui ho interagito ( presunto direttore) non era a conoscenza della mia prenotazione che ha definito ‘anomalia di sistema’ sostenendo anche di non aver mai pubblicato il menù sulla suddetta applicazione; in quanto tale evento era gestito privatamente da loro.
Ovviamente, tutto falso (allego foto degli screenshot che avevo fatto prima della repentina rimozione dell stesso).
Gli ho chiesto di onorare comunque la prenotazione, rispettandone le condizioni in quanto a mio avviso era la cosa più seria da fare, ma mi hanno risposto di aver raggiunto il numero massimo.
Diciamo che sarebbe potuto accadere, chi non lavora non sbaglia, che senso ha però negare l’evidenza dicendo di non aver mai creato quel deal, quasi a voler dare la colpa al cliente per aver prenotato.
La brutta figura ha però raggiunto livelli altissimi, perché qualora avessi prenotato lo stesso menù al costo di € 150,00 la disponibilità a quel punto c’era…
Comprendo che di certe serate, una buona azienda miri ad ottimizzare le vendite, ma la serietà è una cosa che non dovrebbe aver prezzo per una gestione serie, che evidentemente questo posto non ha!

13/04/2025: Excellent pizzas. I think they changed the pizza chef because I received two top-notch pizzas. I'm not a fan of takeout pizzas for various reasons, but tonight I changed my mind. Hot and delicious!
