27/12/2025: Good evening... I really want to review this place where my friend and I sat down tonight. I'll start by saying that as soon as we sat down, we noticed a lot of dirt under the chairs, and it was around 9:00 PM. Let's start with the courses... we ordered two first courses, one of which, mine, was a plate of gnocchi alla sorrentina, which looked really inviting upon arrival. When we tasted it, I can't even begin to describe it: the sauce was sour and almost raw. Let's just say it tasted like a sauce that still needed cooking, but above all, it was extremely salty. The gnocchi were rubbery, if not inedible. The other first course was a dish of grandma's paccheri, with a sauce that was also salty and acidic. We moved on to the second course, where we both ordered a plate of grilled beef burgers with baked potatoes (humbly requesting them to be cooked normally). After almost 45 minutes of waiting, the second course arrived, and both burgers were practically bone dry. I'd like to point out that when the first courses arrived, they brought salt and oil, and at the end of the first courses, they took the salt and oil back with them (I assume this was supposed to be left until the end of the second course, since it could have been served alongside the second course). This was something we hadn't asked for, and they themselves voluntarily took it away without asking...! We reached the end of the evening, and while I was finishing my second course, the waiter approached me and, without asking politely, I cleared the table, voluntarily taking the plates with everything else, completely uncaring. The best part is coming, having reached the end of this wonderful experience, I'd say... as we were about to get up, a waitress absentmindedly (I emphasize, "I'm sorry," which unfortunately can happen) dropped a beer bottle just half a meter from where I was sitting, dirtying my shoes, jeans, and jacket. Frankly, this really annoyed me, or rather, irritated me, and neither she nor anyone else bothered to ask if I had gotten dirty or what... We left the restaurant around 10:45 PM, and the impression I got from the waiters—one in particular (MALE), I emphasize, the one who collected our plates—was extremely rude. That said, I'm absolutely not going to this place again, but above all, I would never recommend it. Be nicer to the customers.

27/12/2025: Extreme attention to raw materials is evident in the aromas and flavors of the pizza. Strictly wood-fired oven, as per tradition. Pizza Margherita: the olive oil is clearly visible, drizzled with raw olive oil. The fior di latte mozzarella is well-balanced with tomato. The mozzarella is the first ingredient to be perceived, followed by the tomato and dough. Excellent raw materials, combined with quality dough. Rapid service. The place is chaotic, understandable given its location in the shopping center. Value for money: excellent

16/07/2025: I can't help it anymore, slow staff and poor dishes. They brought us an appetizer for 30 euros for two people. The appetizer was more or less for one person, not to mention the first course: gnocchi alla sorrentina in broth and pasta and beans, perfect and cold. It's a shame I can't post a photo of the appetizer. A spoonful of seafood salad from a jar, a spoonful of peppers, 2 slices of raw ham, 2 bocconcini, 2 fried anchovies. This is an appetizer for 30 euros for 2 people.

The focaccia section is a strong point: soft, well-filled, and always fresh, perfect for both a quick snack and a casual lunch. The self-service option is also excellent, with tasty, balanced, and traditionally inspired first and second courses, ideal for those looking for a complete meal without sacrificing flavor. A welcoming atmosphere, practical and fast service, and consistent quality: Farinella is the perfect place for any time of day, from breakfast to lunch. Highly recommended! 🥖🍝

02/10/2025: There's little to say about the quality of the products, but a lot to say about the staff. You can't hire people who ruin the store's image and the customer experience. I'd mention, in particular, a cashier (bald, with a thick mustache) from whom I asked for a babà. He cracked a sleazy joke, smiling, and replied that they didn't do kebabs. He laughed and carried out his job and my request with a clear lack of enthusiasm. Such an attitude demonstrates poor professionalism, courtesy, and respect for customers. I hope this review reaches the owner and he takes action.

07/09/2025: I gave the service a 0 due to the staff's lack of professionalism and courtesy. I would advise them to improve and become better. :)

04/01/2026: Excellent restaurant and excellent cuisine. Dishes are distinctive, yet refined and unique. It's hard to find such service in a shopping mall. Congratulations!

14/12/2025: (A note to the owner) A half-liter bottle of water costs €4, which isn't even expensive in Michelin-starred restaurants.
