16/09/2025: Wonderful dinner tonight - tuna tartare and a medallion with mushroom and truffle washed down with a local red. Best food we’ve had this trip.

30/09/2025: A great pastry shop. Every year, I order my birthday cake in August. I recommend booking in advance to avoid being delayed, as it's very popular in the area. They also have a variety of pastries, especially the puff pastry triangle with cream and black cherry. At Christmas, you can order artisanal panettone, as well as Colomba at Easter.
06/09/2025: Exceptional pastry shop. For my birthday, I ordered two sponge cakes with chocolate and one with strawberries. I simply asked for a blue cake with a sea theme...what can I say, they created a MASTERPIECE. The cakes were stunning, but above all, delicious. At the last minute, we also decided to buy a fresh fruit tart, which was literally devoured by our guests. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!

18/11/2025: I'm Italian, a traveler. I've traveled all over Italy and much of the world. This is currently the best bakery I've ever eaten at! It's incredible. Everything is delicious. My partner and I had one of everything, incredible! I wish I could live here and go back all the time. 😍
(I don't know anything about this bakery, and I'm not originally from here, so I have no interest in writing this review; it's just my opinion.)
26/08/2025: Well-made focaccia, light and tasty. It comes in a variety of flavors. The bread has a good texture and authentic flavor. Friendly service, with always smiling employees. Panificio D'Alise in Aurunca is a great choice for those seeking quality on a daily basis.

A place where you can eat outside in a beautiful little square.
The staff are very kind and quick to serve you, but if I may offer a small constructive criticism,
Improve the selection of sandwiches and bread.
There are many varieties of bread around that make a difference in the final sandwich.
Draught beer should be served cold, especially in the summer. Improve this as well.
In my opinion, if you work on a few details, it becomes an excellent choice for summer evenings.
