20/10/2025: I didn't give 5 stars because I arrived at 1.30pm and some pieces of mozzarella weren't there. You're at the motorway exit, you're famous, many of you go out to Caianello, so for you (including me) at 1.30pm you can't have finished the 250g mozzarella... Come on... But your products are delicious!!

17/10/2025: From the moment we stepped through the door, we were enveloped in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, with furnishings meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail, creating a refined yet pleasantly relaxed atmosphere. The dining room staff immediately proved impeccable: attentive, discreet, and knowledgeable, able to expertly guide us in our choice of dishes and wines.
But the true triumph was the cuisine. Each course is a work of art, showcasing the freshness and high quality of the carefully selected ingredients. From the harmonious and sophisticated flavors of the appetizers to the perfectly cooked main courses, to the finishing touches of the surprising desserts, each dish provided an unforgettable sensory experience. A gastronomic experience that goes far beyond simple dinner, elevating it to a true culinary journey. We will definitely return to explore other delicious creations on the menu.
12/10/2025: Found right off the highway exit. Great location and very kind and friendly staff. Excellent ingredients and many handmade dishes. The burrata ravioli are phenomenal.

24/07/2025: Una sosta durante un viaggio in autostrada si è trasformata in un'esperienza nel verde. Location molto bella circondata dal verde. Accoglienza gentile e professionale. Piatti di qualità e porzioni abbondanti, ma soprattutto rappresentativi dell'amore per i prodotti del territorio e per la propria terra.

06/08/2025: I must admit that there are few times a sequel has left me more satisfied than the original. It's a rarity, almost an exception to the rule, when the sequel doesn't simply ride the success of the first installment, but manages to expand the narrative universe, deepen the characters, and restore a sense of completeness that the original, alone, failed to provide.

08/09/2025: Unfortunately, we found the place to be very run down... the shower stall was leaking, the toilet seat was broken and slipping, and the bed was resting on some kind of structure (with 30 cm of the mattress hanging in the air on one side). It was very hard, but I didn't understand what it was. The staff was courteous, but finding them constantly smoking, sorry, didn't seem very professional. Let's forget about breakfast; I'm used to savory breakfast, and there was nothing there. Three plates with six slices of black cooked and raw ham (a classic example of sliced cured meat today, but served on subsequent days). I confirmed on the second day that the cured meats were the same as the day before, something I've never seen before. The location is excellent, there's plenty of parking, including free indoor parking.

15/05/2025: Ristorante nella media, nel complesso non si mangia male, ma nemmeno quell’effetto “wow” che vorresti.
L’ho apprezzato perchè in zona non ho trovato altre soluzioni di pesce.
Non ho apprezzato il fatto che abbiamo aspettato davvero tanto (circa 1 ora) prima di essere serviti, nonostante fossimo da soli nel locale.
E nemmeno tanto l’atteggiamento del cameriere che provava in tutti i modi a proporci altre cose da ordinare, troppo invadente.
Pesce fresco, patate non mi sono piaciute proprio, prezzo altino.
19/04/2025: Ristorante carino ma la cucina veramente pessima, su 4 primi 1 arrivato sbagliato 1 con vongole ma era aglio e olio con la pasta, 2 con astice ma era anche lì tutto che galleggiava nell'olio e l'astice solo bollita in acqua, senza sapore tutti i piatti poi x i secondi abbiamo rinunciato x la paura di ricevere altri piatti stomachevoli. X quello schifo che si mangia è anche carissimo. Come si vede dalle foto è olio con la pasta
