The selection: An impressive variety of pure tradition and reinterpretations that would move a diabetic. In short: if you're looking for a place where cholesterol meets artisanal happiness, you've come to the right place. A regenerating stop that reminded me why, in Campania, dessert isn't just a way of finishing a meal, but a way of life.
