22/02/2026: Terrible evening. We had a reservation for 10:00 PM and were seated at 11:30 PM. We chose the €10 menu, there were three of us, and when it came to the appetizers, they only brought a small central tray (a completely NON-EXISTENT appetizer), 4 fritters, and 2 rice balls with a handful of chips for the three of us. Extremely long wait times, pizza arrived after an hour (12:30 AM) and when it arrived, the ingredients were missing. The menu also included dessert (also NON-EXISTENT), 3 tiny empty profiteroles covered only in a little chocolate (1 each, ABSURD!). Fake videos on Instagram to attract people, tiny portions. Nothing to say about the taste of the food. I understand it's a €10 menu, but this just seems like a joke to me!

14/12/2025: Terrible experience, unprofessional, incompetent, and the most RUDE staff I've ever seen. We went on a Saturday night, ordered drinks directly from the menu, and were brought a bill with a difference of more than €30. Only then did the waitress point out that "on Saturdays there's a mandatory €10 drink," something we weren't told when we booked, when we walked in, or even when we ordered. The waitress then insisted that we should have checked on Instagram (where it's not mentioned, and anyway, I don't think that's an excuse). We pointed out the unprofessional treatment we'd been given, and she derisively stopped us and called the owner. He insisted that we could have ordered something else from the menu, to which I reiterated that it's not fair to behave like that, so he angrily gave us the actual price and told us to leave the table. I also read another review like this a year ago; I advise you to be wary of places that try to scam you this way. I'm amazed that, after these terrible reviews, the staff continues to behave like this.

31/10/2025: A surreal experience, in a negative sense. As soon as we sat down, we were invited to browse the menu on Instagram and chose several items, including pinsas and chips. But when the waiter arrived, we were told we could basically only order a platter, and when we asked for a Pinha Colada, we were told, "No, it's not in season." The evening (I resisted for an hour) ended with us observing two tables next to ours where pinsas were being served, but we were denied.

13/03/2026: I went to the emergency room for a serious problem. They made fun of me, they lied to me, they made me wait almost more than five hours to then give me the right attention... I think there is a need for more attention towards the sick, more education and knowledge of the work done in the emergency room. With this, I hope that some people take the right precautions!

13/03/2026: If I could, I'd give it a zero rating. The waiting staff is incompetent. It's like being at a circus, and it's a pigsty. They don't take the gravity of the situation into consideration. They only think about making a splash. Plus, they want to be called doctors when they exploit interns to make up the numbers. I don't review to judge, and I'm not a critic, but if I could, I'd make a lot of staff jump out of their seats. My mother has been in the hospital since this morning for an emergency gastrointestinal liver problem. The waiting times seemed endless, and they even made fun of her, leading her to believe she would be the next one to be seen. They even gave her limited visits, but with the sentence written on paper (if the problem recurs, go to the emergency room). I've already said a lot.

The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for an evening with friends. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

11/01/2026: I visited this place as a guest at a party, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely negative. The appetizer immediately gave a terrible impression: undercooked, almost raw fries, hard and dry zeppole, and a very low-quality croquette. The pizzas were difficult to eat: the mozzarella had a very noticeable sour taste, and several of the crusts were burnt. Even those who ordered a first course (gnocchi with mozzarella) reported an unpleasant odor. The drinks weren't any better: the Coca-Cola served in pitchers with ice was very watered down. Finally, the cake service was perplexing: €2 per person for each plate used and each slice cut, a cost only disclosed at the time of service. Overall, the food quality and service management were far below expectations. I'm sharing only my personal experience to inform anyone who is considering this place.

13/01/2026: This bar could easily be featured in an episode of Operation N.A.S., and anyone who wants to understand will understand. It's all a bit obscene, starting with the pastry shop and ending with the hot drinks section. It's a shame because the owner is very friendly and polite, and also because the location is enviable, but this is truly level 0.

06/01/2026: We purchased three classic vegan panettone with raisins and candied fruit, €30 each (two of which were ordered on December 20, 2025, and one a few days earlier). They were supposed to be ready on the 23rd (three days later, as they'd be made based on pre-orders and sold as soon as they were ready—or so we were told). We went to pick up the panettone on the 24th. An employee started serving us, leaving us to say she'd go get/prepare our panettone. After a long wait, she returned without our panettone, asking what we needed. She'd served another customer, not us. Another rather long wait. We also bought some mustaccioli and other small items. I realized only after we'd left the bakery that they'd billed the panettone at €35 each (the price of "special," non-classic, panettone). I returned to the bakery and pointed out the mistake. They acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and refunded us €15. When I get home (at least a 35-minute drive from the bakery—I learned about this bakery through online searches and Instagram, and it SEEMED worth the long drive) I open a panettone and immediately notice that it seems too small to be an 800g loaf—as stated when I ordered. I weigh it, and in fact it's just over 500g. I call the bakery simply to let them know (given the distance, even if they had offered to exchange them, I wouldn't have had time, and it wouldn't have been worth it to return). The employee replies that it's impossible for the panettoni provided to weigh so little and that in any case she couldn't offer me a solution; she simply says, "If you come back after the holidays, we'll see if we can do something." (?!). I had bought three panettoni to eat both for Christmas and for New Year's Eve. Furthermore, sadly, on December 30th, I realize that the panettoni had an expiration date of December 29th. I still had two, one of which was to be given away, and both were expired. I would have expected at least the short expiration date to be pointed out to me, especially considering I was buying three panettone. What were supposed to be mustoccioli were actually other types of cakes that simply looked like mustaccioli. The classic ones were basically simple biscuits covered in chocolate, while the softer ones were like little cakes resembling a harder, drier sponge cake with a filling, also covered in chocolate; one of the latter was extremely hard. Conclusion: disorganized, unprofessional, inattentive, unreliable service, inconveniences caused, panettone smaller than described, cakes sold as something they weren't, and above all, two panettone that had to be thrown away after a few days (€60 wasted). The panettone consumed on the 25th was still dry and too sweet. Furthermore, the cappuccino and croissant that we also bought the day we picked up the panettone were also not good; the first was too sweet and not whipped up properly, and the other was dry.

27/11/2025: Here, thanks to an agreement with the B&B Sognando Vietri, unfortunately there wasn't the flexibility to exchange the cappuccino and croissant voucher for a simple fruit juice for someone who can't drink coffee and who was left without breakfast.

26/10/2025: Unfriendly staff. I'd read the same review from a young girl, and in response, they threatened to report her and force her to write a positive review. Avoid this place; they should be civilized a little sooner... it's 2025!

22/10/2025: I've been to this pizzeria more than once, just to give it a chance before writing this review, but unfortunately I have to say my experience was disappointing. I had a Genoese-style frittatina, but there was practically no meat. Instead, it was full of cream, which also tasted quite sour. It's not the first time this has happened, and that's why I decided to leave my review. The cream, ham, and croquette pizza also didn't reflect the photos posted on Instagram at all: in reality, it just had a lot of cream, a croquette cut into four small pieces, and a handful of ham. The dough was really tough and difficult to chew. I also had a Parisienne pizza; the slice was large (which is nice), but unfortunately, it was a bit dry. Overall, I was disappointed, and I think I'd rather spend a few euros more for better quality than pay less and be left disappointed. That said, I still invite you to try it, because mine is just a personal testimony, maybe you'll find it good.
