21/07/2025: ANNOYING AND RUDE! I had ordered a cone of chips for the girls, and when I was asked what salsas to add, I asked if they could be put in separate cups to avoid mixing them. The answer was: "NO! You pay for the salsa separately, I can't do anything, you have to pay!" (with a shrug). I was briefly taken aback by the response, since if I pay for the cone with two salsas, I don't understand why they can't be put in a separate cup since I've already paid for them. After talking to the girl to explain what had happened, maybe 10 seconds, the counter attendant, without saying anything, let other people go ahead. First and last time, never again, given the terrible customer management and the terrible manners.

04/08/2025: Served by the very friendly owner, we delighted in the escarole filling, fried and baked, and especially the marinara pizza with cacio e pepe. Initially skeptical about the latter combination, I was soon stunned by the exceptional flavor of this delicious pizza. The hospitality and service were top-notch. I recommend avoiding weekends due to the crowds. We'll definitely be back to sample the specialties of traditional Neapolitan cuisine.

The atmosphere is welcoming and well-maintained, but what really stands out are the desserts: fresh, well-prepared, and authentic. A perfect choice for a delicious breakfast or a sweet break during the day.

24/08/2025: We sat down for coffee and dessert. The four of us paid €27.50, which we consider excessive. It's true that the portions of polacca were large, but we'd each asked for a slice, not a quarter of a cake. And it was also excessively sweet.

14/12/2025: Historic and authentic. At Pelosi's, you can feel the true tradition: everything is artisanal, from the pastries to the croissants. The Polish bakery, established since 1921, is simply unmissable. A welcoming and warm place, it's also a popular meeting place for delivery drivers. Convenient parking. 01/12/2025: I've dined at this restaurant several times and have always been very satisfied. The staff is renowned for their unwavering courtesy, and the pizza chef is always available. I've dined with a group on numerous occasions and have always found them helpful. The staff has always made an effort to rearrange the tables, ensuring maximum comfort for both our group and the adjacent tables. The setting is also ideal for romantic dinners, thanks to the quality of the appetizers and the delicious pizzas, which are served promptly. The menu is also very imaginative, extensive and inventive. My compliments!

04/01/2026: A truly pleasant experience at Kyoto Chinese Restaurant! The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was friendly, right from the moment we arrived: they made us feel at ease and were happy to recommend dishes from the menu. The restaurant offers a good variety of well-presented and flavorful Asian and Oriental dishes 🍜🍚. The quality of the food is overall very good, with well-balanced dishes and fresh ingredients, and some particularly tasty dishes. The cuisine reflects Chinese style well, with some fusion influences, and still satisfies even the most discerning palates. I found only small areas for improvement: some dishes didn't reach the excellence of the top dishes, and the service was sometimes a bit slow during busy periods. But overall, it's still a recommended place for a quiet dinner with friends or family. Fair value and a pleasant atmosphere—4 stars well deserved! 👍

23/12/2025: The food is average for an all-you-can-eat restaurant, the staff is friendly, and the place is very cute. The kitchen closes at 11 PM, and there's usually always room available—no need to wait in line to get seated.

20/01/2026: I'm sorry to say this, but the restaurant truly fell short of our expectations. Three sandwiches arrived with the wrong meat; given our extreme hunger, we didn't send them back and ate them anyway, but pointed out the mistake. The waitress apologized and said she'd offer us dessert. We ordered three, but in the end, only one was offered. Unfortunately, the tiramisu was also terrible: extremely sour and dense cream, dry biscuit. A decidedly negative experience. We won't be returning.

24/11/2025: My partner and I went to this restaurant for our anniversary this week, and unfortunately, it was an experience to forget. The welcome was terrible: the person who greeted us, presumably the owner, was rude and unfriendly from the start, lacking any courtesy or attention. The food was even worse. The salmon and tuna had a strange texture, almost like rubber or glue, and tasted practically nonexistent. The fried foods were visibly prepared with old oil, oily and unpleasant. The ravioli tasted only of onion, lacking any balance or attention to flavor. Overall, everything seemed carelessly made and lacking any quality. Considering the prices, similar to other good restaurants, the value for money is nonexistent: money wasted. Not only will we not repeat the experience, but we wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for decent sushi or to be treated with even a modicum of courtesy. In short: rude service, poor food, and totally disappointing quality. A ruined evening and an unjustified expense.
