25/03/2025: We had lunch at Truth, trying the 9-course tasting menu. Overall, we were satisfied: the portions were generous and varied (fish/meat/veg), with strong flavors and quality raw materials. The kitchen was also willing to make some variations at my request. The idea of ​​eating more appetizers remains, for me, an original proposal. The negative note to point out (in a constructive way) is the "heaviness" of some dishes: out of 9 courses, half included fried food. I would have liked something lighter and fresher to "break up". Like other reviews, I emphasize that you pay 10% for the service: a cost that is frankly excessive and that should be reviewed.

09/03/2025: More than the maximum cannot be awarded. You just have to go there and try their Thai Pork, raw and cooked risotto, octopus and ABSOLUTELY their chupa chups. Hardly ever 5 stars, but they deserve them all. The girls were so nice and then the final bill made me think "but maybe they forgot to put something in?"

Il locale dispone di un menù ove propone svariati panini riempiti di carni esclusive variegate e di prima scelta, completati con ingredienti tali da renderli superlativi. Bravi, decisamente straconsigliato. Provare per credere.

03/04/2025: Delicious place in the heart of Aversa, we discovered it by chance and we fell in love with it… Welcoming atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, I had the opportunity to meet the owners, truly special people… the pizza is really good, light and tasty, the quality of the raw materials is exceptional…. you notice it immediately. What can I say… I highly recommend it, for me it has become a point of reference.

Dough that melted together with the tomato creating a mush without consistency and difficult to digest. Do us celiacs a favor, remove gluten-free pizzas from the menu.

The pizzas are really very good, light dough and quality ingredients. The service is excellent.. from the moment you enter to the moment you leave you feel pampered. I highly recommend maccheroncini gamberi limone e mascarpone and the grilled octopus. The staff is very nice and friendly. An experience to be repeated, we will definitely be back.

The restaurant, recently renovated, is really beautiful and cared for in detail. Very 'dry' and sometimes careless service, with a somewhat superb staff, are the only aspects that clash with the conviviality and informality of the pizzeria.

21/03/2025: Eccezionale impasto ed ingredienti di qualità. Il menu è simile a quelli di altre pizzerie moderne, con molte (forse troppe) opzioni, ma interessante per chi vuole divertirsi con abbinamenti insoliti. Servizio un po' troppo ingessato, poco adatto all'informalità di una pizzeria.

In this place you can say you taste real Japanese sushi. a mix of refined, delicate flavours, all unique, each course of both raw and cooked fish becomes a sensorial experience, recommended for those who want to experience cuisine with a capital C, the desserts and the many small appetizers are also worth trying... and then... an extra point for the attention paid to customers by Giovanni the owner and his wife who accompany each course with the description of the ingredients and the courtesy that only classy establishments know how to reserve. 5 stars well deserved!

26/03/2025: Historic pizzeria of the Vallefuoco brothers, here the fresh ingredients marry an excellent pizza, huge, soft never indigestible. In addition, the price is excellent, the place is simple without too many tapestries and pomp, there is a bit of a wait for the table during peak hours, but not because of the slow service due to the influx of guests. I recommend either booking or anticipating them. Let's get to us: there were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children, we all took special pizzas, I recommend the log, it was sublime. 3 portions of potatoes for 2 people, fresh with fragrant and light skin, salted just right. 1 large Heineken, 3 bottles of water, a large glass Coke, free coffee. We spent €98, excellent I would say. In conclusion, I highly recommend this pizzeria without too many frills, simple and genuine like the pizza.
