08/01/2026: Today I went to Caseificio Lattai Ponticorvo in Alvignano (CE), a very well-maintained and clean location with good-quality products. However, the overall experience was very disappointing due to the behavior of the staff who took my order.
I politely requested a dish of the day (arugula, cherry tomatoes, cheese shavings, mozzarella, and bresaola) without bresaola, as I'm vegetarian. My request was met with condescension and sarcasm, making me feel uncomfortable and out of place.
It's a real shame, because the place would deserve better if more attention was paid to respect and courtesy toward customers, regardless of their dietary preferences.
05/01/2026: Monday's unloading was efficient. The company opens at around 6:30 a.m., but there's a bit of a wait for unloading. Buses are loaded first, then unloaded. There's a scale at the entrance. There's a wide shoulder in front of the company, so you can park overnight.

10/01/2026: I live in Naples, so I'm a pizza connoisseur. If there were a sixth star, I'd give it.
The staff was also very helpful and friendly, especially Giorgia.

The dough is very light, and the pizza is soft, flavorful, and well-cooked.
The famous pan pizza is spectacular. It has a flavor reminiscent of the old-fashioned flavors. Perhaps a little too rich in toppings in some versions.
But it's worth trying.

22/01/2026: A spacious restaurant with airy interiors, located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Alife. It offers a decent selection of pizzas and appetizers, made with top-quality, local ingredients. I tried the Territorio pizza and found it tasty, well-balanced, and light. The staff was friendly and helpful in finding a table (it's usually crowded, especially during holidays, so it's best to arrive early or make a reservation). I highly recommend this pizzeria; it's one of the best in the area.

23/04/2025: Siamo stati in famiglia allo Chalet di Alvignano per Pasquetta e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il pranzo è stato ottimo, complimenti alla cucina per la qualità e la cura dei piatti. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff, in particolare a Erika che ci ha serviti con grande cortesia e attenzione.
Bellissime anche le giostrine per i bambini e molto comodo il parcheggio interno. L’atmosfera era davvero piacevole e rilassata. Complimenti a tutti per l’organizzazione: è stata una giornata perfetta!
