02/08/2024: Lovely place in the Valley. Relaxing and simple atmosphere. Portion of croquettes and chips. Fresh oil, perceived at the first crack of the dipper chips. Impeccably cooked Margherita. Sublime smell of raw materials. Light sauce, quality mozzarella. Beautiful structure, full-bodied and tasty pizza. The second pizza was the ortolana, with the particular double consistency of the vegetables. Really delicate, fresh, but with an explosion of flavor. Compliments to the pizza chef, but also and above all to the girl who served us. Kind and attentive to everything. He showed us the menu and often asked if everything was okay.
