10/07/2026: Everything is excellent, from pizza to fish. If you are on holiday in Palizzi, it is not worth cooking at all, given the prices and the quality of this family-run restaurant, run by polite and super welcoming people. Anyone who comes to Palizzi and does not eat at Proietto is missing out, believe me.

29/07/2024: Posto accogliente con tavoli esterni e interni, ma è meglio prenotare prima di andare perché è sempre pieno. Siamo stati a cena e abbiamo mangiato le linguine alla don Paolo condite con sugo di pescespada e melanzane, grigliata mista di carne e frittura di calamari. Piatti abbondanti e cucinati bene. Prezzi contenuti e personale gentile.
15/07/2024: Si cena bene ai tavolini esterni al locale, si sta freschi senza patire il caldo. Non so se sia cambiato il pizzaiolo o qualche altra cosa, ma la pizza, la scorsa estate, era più buona! Di buon livello la grigliata di carne e la frittura di calamari!
