28/08/2025: A very simple place, but it surprised us with the simplicity and authenticity of the products. Very friendly staff. The arancini were top-notch! But the granita was truly REMARKABLE!

08/09/2025: Ate here for lunch while visiting Gerace. Rustic restaurant with exquisite food, especially the Homemade A' Squella Pasta. Staff was also very hospitable. I would recommend dining at A' Squella for those visiting Gerace.

30/08/2025: Strategic location, excellent food, and very friendly staff. They seated us at 12 even though the kitchen opened at 12:30. Prices were reasonable for the area and the amount consumed.

20/08/2025: What can I say, artisanal ice cream with a G, delicious brioche, everything perfect, wonderful staff, the lady at the cashier was very friendly, I'll be back!

19/08/2025: You can't miss it. A unique experience, the gelato and granitas are excellent, probably among the best I've ever had. Highly recommended.

25/08/2025: Palazzo Candida was an excellent choice for our stay in Gerace. It's a very centrally located property, beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and offers attentive service and assistance both inside and outside. The room we were assigned has a wonderful outdoor terrace overlooking the rooftops and some of Gerace's 100 churches. Dinner was excellent; we particularly enjoyed the pizza; excellent dough and top-notch ingredients. Gerace was a fantastic discovery. The parking issue to reach the property was easily overcome with a permit for the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) granted to guests of the property itself.

23/08/2025: I stumbled upon it while looking for a place to have dinner. From the outside, you can't tell where you're going! A GORGEOUS location! Excellent value. The pizza was delicious! Compliments to the pizza chef! When we arrived, the owner, a very kind man, saw our curiosity and showed us around the place, explaining a few details. Everything was beautiful, highly recommended! Compliments!

22/08/2025: One of the best cafes in the village, delicious products served with passion in a truly beautiful setting, with reserved tables shaded from the warm sun and in a splendid square.

20/08/2025: Good for goodness sake, but 5 euros for a brioche with ice cream seems a bit excessive to me (oh, by the way, I recommend getting a receipt, I could have been any financier coming to consume in your bar).
