23/11/2025: My experience was truly thrilling. It was a Sunday in November, my first time at this restaurant, and after just trying the cheese fondue with truffle and crouton, I realized this was a whole other level. An appetizer worthy of the name, given that they didn't just show up with four cold cuts and one cheese, but I tried potato and mushroom tart, eggplant parmigiana, various sautéed mushrooms, meatballs in tomato sauce, and much more. But, I'd also like to point out that on Sunday, we were served truly crispy and fresh bread (which isn't always a given). Not to mention the first courses, which were well-executed, tasty, and creamed to perfection. I won't comment on the second courses because they were fantastic. Compliments to the owners, chefs, and waiters; we'll be back soon; it's worth the trip alone. I won't comment on the bill because what we ate and drank was worth it.

25/10/2025: Last night, I was invited to a former student's 30th birthday party: a wonderful celebration, both friendly and family-oriented! I knew the restaurant, Arca di Noè, from having attended two 100-day lunches there, in different school years and at different schools. Since the Covid years, on several occasions, I've only enjoyed the pizza: Roman-style, but good. On those occasions, I appreciated the owner's daughter's helpfulness and generosity in offering coffee and/or liqueur at the end of the meal. On this last occasion, I asked her mother about her, and I left her with my regards and thanks. Returning to Andrea's celebrations, the restaurant's cuisine is simple, authentic, Italian, and local (Calabrian): definitely worth trying. For the event, the table was beautifully decorated, with a pure white tablecloth. The service was satisfactory, and the richness of the dishes was enough for seconds. I therefore recommend it. And I'll be back soon with friends for another carefree evening and for the pleasure of the food. Ennio
