17/12/2023: Borgo restaurant. I start from the toilets: cold water and lack of detergent, to get to the food, which for my taste does not deserve any stars. I'm not looking for a restaurant but I would have preferred to at least eat decent food. Dishes full of oil, first courses tasteless and inedible. You probably don't know the basics of typical Italian cuisine, the basis for being able to open what should be defined as catering... For me the owner can respond as he wants, but I don't care, I'm sure I won't return and I don't recommend.
