15/12/2024: Today I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Taverna del Gioachimita and I can say that I was pleasantly impressed by the experience. The dishes offered are delicious and traditional at the same time, very delicate on the palate and of great quality. The service is very attentive to customers, the owner is friendly and kind, and the atmosphere is joyful, attentive and professional. The internal location is well cared for, with attention to detail. I think it's a nice place to spend some peaceful hours, enjoying good food. I can therefore only recommend it. I will gladly return.

Chef Antonio is truly sensational, of a superior level, the staff impeccable, the atmosphere very warm and professional. Dishes with excellent raw materials and elegantly presented. 08/02/2025: I am at San Bernardo for work, I must say that I ate very well. The reception room is very welcoming and bright, excellent for celebrating any event. Friendly and trained professional staff. The only thing, I had difficulty with the car finding the entrance to the restaurant, as it lacks public and private lighting.

30/03/2025: Unfortunately not a positive experience... beautiful structure but too many things to improve... starting with a connection between the spa and the hotel... you can't do a wellness path, end and cross an avenue, boiling with freezing temperatures (4°) to get to your room... review the concept of time and relaxation... because if I want to relax I can't have the time established by the staff for each service... like 10 minutes for the salt cave... 12 minutes of hydromassage... it becomes a timed and non-timed path to relax...maybe while I'm relaxing they invite me to go out... nothing to say about dinner and raw materials but also the waiters who take away your plate without having finished... another tip is to review the safes in the spa and in the room... I can't put the code and call the staff because they don't open anymore... It's a shame because the potential is there

10/03/2025: We spent a wonderful weekend in this facility. The wellness center is cared for down to the smallest details. The staff is very helpful towards the guest and looks after him with care. The truly wonderful room is clean and obviously also very cared for in detail. Following the path that lasted about 2 hours, truly relaxing and pleasant. We had dinner in the bistro restaurant. Here too the staff is spectacular. Careful to enhance everything you eat but above all attentive to the customer. The dinner was delicious with local products. The breakfast was also delicious. A truly spectacular wellness center, clean and hospitable It is a thank you to the staff who made us feel pampered and relaxed but above all who do their job with a smile and with love.🥰

Then I had an excellent pitta 'mpigliata, very good. I recommend it
