03/01/2024: Unica nota positiva , il giorno dopo passeggiata sul lungo mare, il pranzo del 1 gennaio con buon anticipasto calabrese, buone le lasagne, buone le casarecce con funghi e pancetta, buono più per il secondo di arista con le patate al forno, frutta fresca e per dolce tiramisù. Non lo consiglierei se non per la buona comitiva che alleggeriva il soggiorno in allegria e leggerezza. Buon 2024.

07/11/2023: Hidden place but definitely worth a try. There is no menu because the proposals are based on the catch, so freshness is guaranteed. We ate a mixed fish starter with marinated anchovies, creamed cod, anchovies and peppers, seafood fritters and breaded prawn tails with the addition of a portion of raw red prawn, phenomenal! As a first course, delicious and tasty parmesan and truffle linguine and spaghetti with clams and musdea, a truly special recipe worth trying. For the second course, a good mixed fried dish. A peculiarity that should not be underestimated is that the owner gives the possibility of organizing boat fishing and truffle hunting trips, we will certainly try them next year. The friendly and attentive staff contributed to the pleasant evening. VERY HONEST account, we spent the right amount, obviously taking into account that to eat good fresh and well-processed fish you cannot think of spending like eating a pizza. In addition to recommending the place, we assure you that next year it will be one of the obligatory stops.

02/03/2024: Friendly and helpful staff for all information, welcoming and clean interior. Clean bathrooms. No smells coming from the kitchens. Service at the tables was quite fast, considering the large number of diners. Excellent sushi. Other perfectly cooked dishes. The only minor flaw was the sweet and sour sauce as it was more "liquid" than expected with higher acidity. "All you can eat" lunch menu at €15.90 + €1.00 cover charge..... price in line with other restaurants. So score 10. Being traveling and having a little dog in tow, I did not receive any refusal for his entry into the room. For this kindness I can only express words of thanks and raise the score to 11.

22/01/2024: Friendly staff, but poor cleanliness and suffocating atmosphere.. all too dark in the furnishings.. I recommend! When you leave there, throw all your clothing, including underwear, in the washing machine... otherwise your house will be filled with bad smells.

12/08/2023: Truly relaxing beach. There is an authentic and regenerating atmosphere. There is space between the umbrellas, they are not all stuck together like in other places. Showers, children's games available. In short, everything you need! Very helpful staff! Thanks Baffo!

03/01/2024: Wir waren - am 3.1.2024 - im hübschen alten Hügeldorf Rossano und dort waren alle Restaurants geschlossen. Durch Zufall sind wir auf das sympathische Maqueda Restaurant in Rossano Neustadt gestossen und wurden mit unseren zwei Windhunden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Essen war wunderbar, wir waren erst nach 14.00 Uhr dort und mussten uns auch nicht beeilen. Die Vorspeisen und das lauwarme Brot (durch den Besitzer selber nach der slow food Methode gebacken), herrlich. Bestes Olivenöl aus Rossano war auf dem Tisch. Die Hauptgänge und Desserts (hausgemacht!) top! Am Abend soll es Pizza geben, mit einem Teig, den sie über lange Zeit aufgehen lassen, das ist sehr bekömmlich. Wir werden sie probieren kommen! Bis bald und grazie mille!

19/10/2023: Locale elegante e raffinato a due passi dal mare. Cibo di qualità. Prezzi altini e personale cortese.

31/08/2023: Bellissimo stabilimento moderno a Rossano con possibilità di mangiare sul mare o prendere un aperitivo, un gelato, una bibita.. Staff preparato e gentile ma durante agosto si affolla molto, accanto ci sono anche spiagge libere dove poter mettere gli ombrelloni. Consigliato!

26/10/2023: I've already been several times... the food is good but, a little expensive and what's not to be underestimated, they didn't even offer us a coffee, which is quite usual in the south 🤪 not a must but... it's nice!
