28/05/2024: My daughter wanted to go to BOOM at all costs to eat the sandwich and We went on a very quiet Sunday evening, about 3 tables occupied. We were given menus that were badly made and had a bad smell (the other customers at the other tables also noticed the same thing). After each person had chosen their sandwich, the waitress arrived to take their order and almost everything we had chosen was not available, even the drinks, the excuse was that they were about to move to the seaside, they could fit in but saying it first would have been more polite in order to change places or not waste time choosing sandwiches that you couldn't have. In the end we choose the sandwiches, my daughter sandwich with chicken cutlet, the only thing she ate. After a few minutes the waitress returns and informs us that the chicken cutlet was not there and only veal or turkey was available, we choose turkey. The drinks arrive and we drink while waiting for the sandwiches. After about half an hour, the waitress returns for the umpteenth time to inform us that our sandwiches were almost ready but the turkey cutlet was no longer there so we had to force veal, we told him that he wouldn't eat it and therefore as my only alternative daughter asks for chips in the skin. If we had known before, we wouldn't have even had our sandwiches made and we would have left paying only cover charge and drinks since, as mentioned before, my daughter wanted chicken cutlet. The chips arrive and surprisingly they are not the ones with the skin but the classic stick chips. Okay she's hungry and eats them. My sandwich and my wife's also arrive. My wife's is ok, everything is fine, but in mine it isn't, inside there was bacon that wasn't on the menu, there were fried balls like arancini and a kind of nuggets and there was no pulled pork, I thought I was confused given the absence of many products. There was a small bone in the hamburgers, one of which was very large and I thought I had broken a tooth. I ate it and all in all it wasn't bad, but it wasn't what I wanted. We finish eating, I go to pay and asks just for information if the pulled pork was also finished and they had put bacon in its place, the lady at the cash register replies in a slightly annoyed way telling me that the bacon was the pulled pork, I tell him that it's something completely different and he calls the chef, who politely tells me that the pulled pork was that nugget-style ball and I told him that I was expecting pulled pork as written on the menu and not finding a ball of meat fried, I thank and pay. When I leave I look at the receipt and I realize that all the things I bought had increases of between 50 cents and one euro more than the prices on the menu. For example, beer from menu 2.50 from receipt 3 euros, my wife's sandwich 9 euros from receipt 10, mine from menu 13 from receipt 14, chips from menu 2.50 from receipt 3 euros and so on. Unfortunately I will never return to this place again, I'm sorry but I entered with high expectations. P. S. For those who don't know, pulled pork is really good pulled pork. P. P. S. Be careful of the sheet metal roof outside, anyone who is a little taller risks getting really hurt, it is sharper than a knife.

03/07/2024: I am very sorry to make this negative review but it is still our experience and I share it. We stopped after visiting the museum to admire the purple codex, attracted by the fact that it was open. It was the afternoon of the Italy - Switzerland match. It was around 6.15pm // 6.20pm We went in asking if we could have a drink, nibble on some pretzels and watch a bit of the game. The gentleman who was washing the internal floor at that moment told us that it was opening at that moment (when we went to the museum a good hour earlier it was already open) and, a little surprised, he told us that we could sit outside, at the little table. already prepared. So we did and asked what we could take to consume something during the match, as is generally done. We asked for a beer and he brought us a blue ribbon without anything else because he said he had no chips, no pretzels, no olives, nothing to accompany the beer. Okay... let's watch a bit of the game and without anyone ever approaching to ask if we wanted something else, a pizza, a chip, a focaccia, we asked if it was possible to make a focaccia. The gentleman who was outside replies "do you want a focaccia?? He calls one of the boys and tells him to prepare us a focaccia. I don't allow myself to say anything about the manners. The focaccia was excellent, crunchy, with oil and oregano, tasty and obviously went great with beer. We paid and sat down again undecided whether to get a pizza for two, a calzone or a sandwich. But there wasn't time to go to the bathroom and the gentleman said to clear the table because he had to get organized. I don't make any comments, everyone decides for themselves. Large place with many tables, outside and inside and it didn't seem like there were many customers at the time. Well... politely and politely we thanked, said goodbye and will certainly never return.
