15/11/2024: Paradise place, beautiful and immaculate rooms, quality and sublime food, the pizzas of the master pizza chef are something inexplicably good, as are the dishes of the chef Fabio who puts effort into every single dish and you can see it, but above all you can feel it, for not to mention the professionalism of the kind, friendly and super helpful waiters, this can be deduced from the fact that they explain the procedures and ingredients of the dish you are going to eat. There is nothing negative because if you want to go out for a walk by the sea in about 15 minutes by car you can reach the sea, I can't wait to go back another time

03/11/2024: Abbiamo chiamato e trovato posto per caso e dunque pranzato gustando i sapori di un tempo. In particolare per l'occasione oltre all'antipasto buonissimo, abbiamo provato lagane e ceci, strepitosi. Tagliatelle ai funghi porcini eccezionali, per non parlare delle costatine di maiale che si scioglievano in bocca. Che dire , qualità e cortesia, Antonio Super. Unica pecca? Dover aspettare la riapertura in primavera, ma di certo l'attesa sarà ben ripagata. Non vediamo l'ora.

18/01/2025: I don't usually give such positive reviews but after having "tested" 3, 4 times I can say that it is one of the best fish restaurants in Corigliano Rossano. The fish was always fresh, the staff always helpful and friendly, they let me have lunch at 3pm (I wasn't hoping for it given the time). Really good, I'll gladly review them.

17/01/2025: I returned after about a year and I must admit that I was amazed by the quality of the food I consumed! Excellent service, fresh and excellent quality fish (INSANE tuna tartare) with the new proposals introduced in the new menu! The desserts at the end of the meal were also excellent, in short, an excellent experience definitely worth repeating!

12/01/2025: Not a bad bar. Quite a good atmosphere, there is seating inside and outside. Good cornets and cappuccino. Usually there are no problems with parking.

03/11/2024: Ambiente piacevole con tavoli esterni. Ottimo il gelato (anche da asporto). Assoluta varieta' di bevande , comprese quelle alcooliche, preparate con professionalita' , efficienza e cortesia. Lo staff è "presieduto" dalla proprietaria Vanessa , giovane ma con grande esperienza pregressa. Personalmente lo frequento spesso poiche' abito a cinquanta metri dal locale. Da provare !!!!

02/01/2025: I've known Sombrero practically since it opened. I have seen its evolution from all points of view. From the aesthetic aspect to the choice of flours for the pizzas. Franco has an exceptional staff and above all guarantees a quality pizza that melts in your mouth. If you have been there or if you haven't been there in both cases I invite you to go and return again and again. The pizza, the location and the hospitality were spectacular.

It is a restaurant run with passion. there is the intention to create dishes that will be remembered. I was last night with my wife and my son, it must be said that it was a quiet Friday evening when we arrived and the attention given to us was total. but I doubt that it is not the same even when the place is busier. the price is important but more than due for quality and competence. if I have to find a flaw, I find it unsuitable to have the radio and TV turned on at the same time which thus does not give peace to the ears even during breaks, but this is perhaps a completely personal opinion. congratulations to the management, thanks for the pleasant evening
