19/07/2025: It would be long and boring for most.
The flour is superbly organic, and it's not produced on a production line, but by hand.
I used a classic fork mixer for the mixer to avoid damaging the gluten that normally forms... using the natural method.
They're located in Acri sulla Sila in Calabria,
where the Verna wheat variety is grown.
The welcome was invaluable to me.
They serve customers and immediately understand their needs.
