11/05/2026: Forgettable service, 90% of the fish was frozen, which is absurd considering the location and prices, and the food was mediocre. The waiters were certainly friendly, but given their high-service attitude, I would have expected more professionalism. They cleared the table while we were still eating, without first paying attention to the maids' service, and there were no other small touches. A jacket alone isn't enough to be a maître d'. Prices are high considering that almost everything is frozen, for example, the banal octopus salad was rubbery, as was the fried fish. Fantastic location, and the restaurant was clean, as was the service. Paying an average of €70 per person for frozen fish seems absurd, considering we're right on the seafront.

02/05/2026: I actually ate there and listened to music. The atmosphere was nice, with good music and appetizers. But I wouldn't recommend the pizza. The pizza served by my companions wasn't good either. It's a shame, though I think they'll improve. The waiters, however, were good. As for the prices, they depend on what you eat and drink. Some things are worth it, others less so. For example, the cocktails are more than reasonable. At €7, I figured they'd be fine. Considering they offer a dance floor, it's fine. A bottle of beer costs the same. Advice for the owners: I'd increase the price of the cocktails and lower the price of the beers. They're obviously free to set the prices as they see fit. The DJ playing South American music was nice and friendly. The atmosphere was very mixed and very nice. The people were nice and it was a lovely evening of dancing. I hope I was of some help to everyone.

23/04/2026: We got married at this venue on June 20, 2025. It was a stunning location, and everything was perfectly organized. Highly recommended! The only advice I'd give to the Baia dell'Est organization is not to recommend photographer Melina Saveria.
