27/07/2025: We recently stayed at this wonderful property during the week of July 21st to 28th. The villa is perfect for both families and groups of friends looking for a carefree week; the location is equipped with all the amenities needed to ensure guests enjoy their stay to the fullest.
We were a group of 7 adults and 9 children, and everyone enjoyed generously sized rooms, a triple living room, and a kitchen that rivals even the best accommodations. There's also a large garden where you can enjoy dinner on wonderful evenings, and a beautiful pool.
I highly recommend it for those looking to relax. The sea is 2 km from the house, and all essentials are nearby.
03/07/2025: An old farmhouse with a huge estate, surrounded by greenery and also equipped with a swimming pool for adults and children.
A quiet and relaxing place, where you can only hear the sound of cicadas.
The Giovanna room (if I'm not mistaken) was spacious and perfectly suited to our needs.
The experience was made even more special by the wonderful welcome of Pasqualina, who pampered us and made us feel truly at home.
Just 5 minutes away is the beautiful beach of Cropani Marina.

15/07/2025: Splendid sea view, fresh fish and fair prices. Fast and precise service. Gennaro made us feel at home and introduced us to local bitters. Must try.

12/03/2025: Ero stato in questo locale qualche anno fa’ ed essendo di passaggio mi sono fermato per pranzo. Ho ritrovato un bellissimo ambiente con il cameriere e il proprietario molto cortesi e affabili. Il pranzo è stato molto buono in tutto, la cucina è tipica e caratteristica del territorio, pranzare in questo locale è stato come mangiare al tavolo di casa con cibi genuini, saporiti e abbondanti. Il costo giusto con quello consumato ed il servito fornito. Quando sarò in zona ci tornerò con estremo piacere.
08/03/2025: Tra mare e campagna, a Sellia Marina, c'è un localino delizioso, sorto dove, molto tempo fa, c'era un frantoio.
L'atmosfera è calda e familiare e il grande camino, adornato da un presepe perenne, contribuisce a rendere la permanenza ancora più piacevole.
Stiamo parlando del"Nozzularu", un'"Ostepizza", come i proprietari amano chiamarla, in cui tutto è fatto a mano, dalle stoviglie, in ceramica squillacese, al menù, scritto a mano.
L'antipasto è ricco e vario, la pizza è gustosa, il vino della casa è schiumoso e frizzante e la torta di noci e fichi è una prelibatezza da non perdere.

17/08/2025: The price is outrageous! A simple margherita costs €8!! It's as if we were in Capri. I think they could close down after the price hike and the way they treat their regulars.
14/08/2025: We went to this restaurant on recommendation, but unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant experience. It's likely that during peak season, when there are so many customers, they can't maintain an adequate standard of quality. The service was decent, but the quality of the food was truly poor, as was the value for money, which I consider terrible. It's definitely not a place I'd recommend. I had the impression that, given the location and the influx of customers, they give little importance to fundamental factors like the quality of the food and customer service. We definitely won't be returning.

21/08/2025: We were passing by - I checked the reviews, they seemed good, so we stopped. We didn't wait long to order, then it took over an hour to get our food. But the worst came later. The side dish arrived first. After about 20 minutes, the rest arrived. There were 4 of us; I ate first, then my husband, 10 minutes later. When he was finished, our son-in-law's order arrived. But nothing arrived for our daughter.
NEVER EVER AGAIN
03/08/2025: If you're in the area, treat yourself to a meal at this restaurant located on the provincial road. It's not very big and only has indoor seating, but it has everything you need!
Quality products at truly fair prices, and some items are quite small, like eggplant meatballs for €1 and side dishes for €3. The fresh potatoes are a must-order...they're simply amazing!
We tried the main courses, first courses, and side dishes, but next time we'll try the pizzas too!
What can I say...

Location surrounded by greenery in the splendid pine forest of Sellia Marina just a few meters from the sea, the wooden structures under which the tables are positioned are very cute (and not even a mosquito!)
Very nice staff ready to put customers at ease and to satisfy, as much as possible, every request
Exquisite dishes, excellent quality/price ratio ... And finally ... Ice creams that cannot be classified for how good they are ...
Without a doubt we will return!
18/06/2025: The food is really good, there are cheaper places, but my friends and colleagues and I really enjoyed the food, the owner was very kind and good. The homemade liqueurs are spectacular, as are the chicken wings and the eggplant meatballs, they are foods that I recommend trying.

GOOD ON THE SECOND. visited yesterday 23.08. It deserves a full 5 stars, pasta dish with mussels and clams to be praised, super excellent and tasty portion, good pizza with the modification suggested by the friendly Mariateresa, top frying.
All that remains is to thank all the staff from Mariateresa, Sergio the owner, the friendly Salvatore and all the other workers. Although it was previously recommended also for the historical memory of the area, it is now SUPER RECOMMENDED WITH 5 SUPERIOR STARS
07/05/2025: Sono stata al Babylon e ne sono rimasta davvero entusiasta. Le pizze sono particolari, creative e davvero gustose — un bel mix tra tradizione e originalità. Il servizio è stato celere e attento, con personale giovane. L’atmosfera del locale è accogliente. Perfetto per una serata in compagnia. Tornerò sicuramente per provare altre pizze deliziose!

09/08/2025: Good restaurant, good service, pretty tasty food. But the whole impression was spoiled by...the check, which, unfortunately, we already looked at at home. We read with annoyance that we drank 3 liters of wine instead of 2.5.. We ate 6 portions of sweet instead of 3. As a result, we overpaid 15 euros. I recommend all visitors to this restaurant to check things on the spot. The pleasant impression of the meal was greatly spoiled by this deception. Was 15 euros really worth it?
04/08/2025: Nice location, poor service, rude waiters, and poor food, low quality, and small portions. I've been there on two birthdays, and I strongly advise against it.

16/08/2025: Since they opened, every year as per tradition, the first pizza of the holidays has been there, and it's always been good. This year I was disappointed; the dough fell short of our expectations. Not satisfied, we tried to get it again, but to no avail. We'll try again next year, and let's hope for the best.
On the plus side, the staff.
15/08/2025: A truly positive experience. Armando, the owner, is a truly wonderful person. Very helpful and friendly. Plus, we had lunch; everything was delicious, the appetizers were spectacular.
I'll definitely be back.

08/09/2024: Ottimo posto ottime persone sempre numero 1 in tutto pulizia ....al personale al ristorante.....in tutto e per tutto non cambio questo lido con nessuno spiaggia sempre curata pulita Ve lo consiglio......100/💯
25/08/2024: Che peccato!! Lido carino, location accogliente, abbiamo consumato 3 primi (2 spaghetti cozze e vongole alla tarantina ed uno spaghetto alle vongole), un calice di bianco della casa ed una bottiglia di acqua minerale. Sia gli spaghetti, ben fatti, che il calice di vino hanno ricevuto il nostro gradimento; ma non è possibile sedersi al tavolo alle 14 ed essere serviti alle 14,55!! Considerando il fatto che non stiamo parlando di un locale da 200 posti A sedere, ma di un ludo, per quanto carino, sulla spiaggia. Il problema abbiamo capito che era in cucina, perché in sala vi erano 3 camerieri che spesso stavano a parlare con i commensali in quanto non avevano molto da fare. Ma poi portate almeno il pane, dei grissini,....niente di niente!! La mia valutazione è ovviamente fortemente condizionata da questo. Migliorate il servizio cucina, per favore.
