I gave 5 stars not because of the affection that binds me to the whole team but because it is truly a special place where tradition and professionalism reign supreme. Blery, Rocco, Maddalena and Angelo are exquisite people like the food they offer. Always smiling, accommodating and helpful. The food was impeccable. The environment is nice and clean. 27/11/2024: We finally found a restaurant that deserves it! We are in the sector and easily understand the strengths and weaknesses of a venue. Yesterday we found good traditional cuisine, unfortunately we haven't had the opportunity to eat pizza yet, but the difference was the wait staff. The waiter is very discreet and polite, but the added value is certainly the landlady who welcomed us and immediately put us at ease, without ever losing control over the management of the room. We highly recommend

15/01/2025: Last Saturday 11 January 2025 my wife and I went to Senise for a trip outside our town Pisticci (MT). We had lunch at the Oliver restaurant. Magnificent place. The two owners Andrea and Giusy are people out of the ordinary in a positive sense, who, in addition to delighting us with their sublime culinary art and their good hearts, also spoke to us about their current projects and their future prospects which go beyond the catering. Optimism and Passion never hurt. If you pass through Senise, don't miss eating at the Oliver Restaurant and you won't regret it. 25/01/2025: Locale che conosco da tempo, i proprietari sono indiscutibilmente simpatici, certamente se non sei un paranoico "lasciami stare". Panini multistrato da ricordare, tutto è edibile quindi basta dare solo le indicazioni per le preferenze o meno e si può gustare veramente un panino favola. La V^ stella manca solo per i prezzi che non sono in grado di giudicare bene. ... Non perdete occasione di fare una sosta qui. Dimenticavo quasi ... da non perdere la mescita dei gustosi cocktail 🍸 del barman 😉
