23/12/2023: Ho accompagnato un gruppo di 50 persone per una gita giornaliera nella zona. Buona accoglienza in una bella location. Il personale è stato disponibile e cortese fin dal primo momento. Abbiamo mangiato bene. Il cibo è stato abbondante e di buona qualità ad un prezzo molto conveniente.
26/11/2023: Excellent typical restaurant, which offers a fixed menu for €25, homemade with genuine ingredients, very kind waitstaff who also offered us a taste of the first course that we hadn't taken. Very satisfied, we recommend!

28/12/2023: For many years, famous and renowned ice cream shop and pastry shop. If someone has written badly about this point of sale, it is surely only to mislead any new customers. I consider it a welcoming place, hygienically controlled by the staff, very kind and professional. The confectionery recipes and the different ice cream flavors are made with local artisan attention. The specialty is the freshness of the products, which reflect the Italian excellence of the sector.

In general the dining room staff was very kind and helpful while the lady was decidedly unfriendly and not very courteous. Too bad, this doesn't encourage tourism

10/03/2024: I'll start by talking about the poor organization of the staff, not to mention the raw pizza with low quality ingredients. Not only I but also my friends felt sick to my stomach even though we had only eaten half the pizza..
Untrained staff, there was no water and they brought it after hours, they bring the chips and don't bring the sauces.. We all noticed a bad organization in addition to the pizza which, being raw on the bottom and burnt on the top, was practically an inedible piadina.. Certainly I will never go back there again!

13/02/2024: Su 4 giorni di permanenza a Rionero abbiamo mangiato ben 4 volte in questo locale alternando pranzo e cena. Ristorante di qualità con un menù ampio, sicuramente non facile da gestire ma loro ci riescono benissimo. Servizio veloce ed efficiente. Prezzo ottimo in rapporto alla qualità servita.

30/12/2023: Sono stato invitato da un parente e devo dire che pur essendo un paese di montagna, c'è dell'ottimo pesce. Ho mangiato carne (anche quella di ottima qualità), ma posso garantire che sono molto forniti di pesce, dal crudo al cotto. Complimenti al servizio ed agli Chef. Vivamente da consigliare.

11/02/2024: Locale carino, servizio tutto sommato buono, ma la pizza non è piaciuta a nessuno del mio tavolo. Pomodoro troppo dolce per i nostri gusti, le montanarine buone, patatine troppo impregnate di olio. La pizza un po cruda, capiamo l impasto napoletano ma non è crudo! Conto troppo alto!
27/09/2023: Migliore pizzeria della zona!vasta scelta di pizze gourmet, fiore all occhiello di un menu ricco di tante ottime pietanze! ingredienti di prima qualità e personale gentile ,nonchè molto professionale! Servizio rapido, locale pulito e accogliente. La passione del pizzaiolo e proprietario si rispecchia nei dettagli e qualità degli abbinamenti degli ingredienti : sicuramente una marcia in più! PS. La tartargnam è favolosa!

18/02/2024: Una sorpresa veramente bella. Spesso passavamo li davanti con l'idea di andarci prima o poi e finalmente.... Ci siamo stati per S.Valentino, molto romantico, il posto perfetto, all'ingresso un bellissimo caminetto che riscalda l'atmosfera e poi un buonissimo menù specie se si vuole provare qualcosa di locale, abbiamo preso un po' di roba. Il proprietario è stato super cortese e simpaticissimo.
01/01/2024: Ben al di sotto delle aspettative. Pranzo di capodanno in famiglia, mi sono ritrovata al tavolo con sconosciuti (cosa non comunicata ); la musica di sottofondo era assordante; intolleranze alimentari segnalate settimane prima per ricevere improvvisazioni e pietanze “arrangiate” al pranzo. Due sole cose positive: camerieri gentili e bel servizio di piatti. Lo sconsiglio per grandi eventi.

24/02/2024: In realtà, nonostante tutto ci vado per prendere il digestivo ma per un motivo ed uno soltando: la vista sul lago piccolo, che poi è il montivo per cui tirano avanti senza preoccuparsi delle recensioni negative ma è una prassi a monticchio. Loro come altri, sono la prova che ci vuole un cambio generazionale anche perché sui loro volti si vede la mancanza di voglia di stare li. La cura del cliente non esiste, è un concetto astratto. I sorrisi nemmeno se li paghi, andando li ti senti sbagliato, pensi di farli un dispetto. Non mi soffermo sulla qualità del cibo, altri hanno detto molto, è solo un'altra forma della totale mancanza di rispetto che hanno verso i clienti. E' un peccato sfruttare i clienti invece del proprio locale.
