Essenza il ristorante di Enza Crucinio

02/03/2025: Locale ricercato, arredi eleganti e curati. Stesso stile lo ritrovi nei piatti proposti, noi abbiamo preso l’antipasto percorso di mare dove viene proposto una mini porzione di tutti gli antipasti…buonissimo il baccalà in pastella.
Poi abbiamo preso i primi e consiglio sicuramente gli spaghetti al nero di seppia, spettacolari; uno dei primi al nero di seppia più buoni che ho mangiato. Buoni anche il risotto ai 3 carciofi e non male gli spaghetti all’assassina, ma nulla di eccezionale a mio avviso. Ottimo anche la tagliata di tonno. Buonissimo il pane che propongono, fatto direttamente dalla chef.
Abbiamo provato più dolci, ma il numero uno il tiramisù da comporre direttamente al tavolo. Ottima proposta di vini, molto variegata e che copre tutti i gusti. Servizio impeccabile e curato per i dettagli, personale veloce ed attento.
Tappa consigliata, meglio prenotare.
23/02/2025: Truly a nice discovery. The cuisine is excellent, with some very slight flaws (but nothing serious) on the service, probably linked to the full room and, therefore, to the fact that the cuisine is particularly appreciated! Quality raw materials, generous portions, excellent "hand" in the kitchen. Combined with a walk along the seafront, it heals body and soul. Congratulations to chef Enza Crucinio.

20/10/2024: Delicious, relaxed panini in a nice atmosphere. Great location in a park next to a playground and lots of shopping nearby. We will keep coming back!

20/02/2025: Ospite di amici in questo locale molto accogliente. Una gustosa cucina con scelte terra o mare con buone varietà di piatti. Ottimo il crudo. Una buona cantina con vini locali da gustare. Servizio inappuntabile grazie alla professionalità dell’ottimo Nico. Ci tornerò di sicuro
21/12/2024: per essere a dicembre ed in una località non molto movida di inverno, siamo piacevolmente rimasti sorpresi. Abbiamo pasteggiato con antipasti di pesce COTTI E CRUDI. spigola al sale con contorni, Guazzetto di vongole e tartare di tonno veramente super. frittura e tentacolo polpo grigliato
Qualità è soddisfare le necessità del cliente e superare le sue stesse aspettative continuando a migliorarsi. Consiglio ai miei oltre 274 513 lettori questa location

27/08/2024: Era da tempo che non ci godevamo una cena di pesce con tanta soddisfazione, oltre alla qualità e le porzioni veramente abbondanti, il servizio, tutto gestito in famiglia dalla cucina ai tavoli non è stato da meno, assolutamente da provare questa esperienza di impresa familiare personalmente quando rimango così soddisfatto il mio umore migliora.

06/01/2025: Soffice, fragrante e dal gusto ben equilibrato. Uno dei migliori panettoni che abbia mai assaggiato, frutti di bosco e cioccolato bianco.
Purtroppo non ho fatto nessuna foto in quanto l abbiamo divorato in pochi minuti.
30/12/2024: Panettone artigianale??? O me ne avete rifilato uno vecchio oppure dovete dire al pasticcere di cambiare ricetta. Non basta mettere canditi (a mio avviso industriali) e pezzi di cioccolato per fare un buon prodotto, quello lo fanno già a livello industriale. Se vengo in pasticceria ad acquistare mi aspetto un panettone di un certo livello.
Ho speso 45 euro per un panettone che di artigianale non aveva assolutamente nulla. Un vero è proprio furto. Vergognatevi!

08/09/2024: Nice, quiet and relaxed place a few steps from the center of Policoro not too far from the hospital and the archaeological museum, surrounded by several cafes, we ate outside on the lawn under the trees.
The staff is friendly, the dinner was excellent, the tuna steak was cooked properly, the cuttlefish melted in your mouth.
The bill was a pleasant surprise, Sima eats well and doesn't spend much, we will definitely be back

21/08/2024: The food is good and feels like it's homemade, the prices aren't bad (they seemed very affordable since the last time), the service doesn't exist and the environment isn't looked after, the tables and chairs are dirty and ruined. (With also a very unpleasant smell of smoke). I recommend coming to this bakery only to get take-away food. I highly advise against consuming food on site.

24/08/2024: The food lived up to expectations. The menu consists of a few dishes and is on a laminated sheet (I would at least improve this aspect). The location is very suggestive but sad to see how a historical heritage has been cannibalized by numerous commercial activities.
