15/04/2026: Very informal, single menu, but everything is truly tasty and very homemade. Three words: you eat well.

11/04/2026: After a walk in the nearby woods, we stopped for lunch at PODUS, and we couldn't have made a better choice! We opted for a selection of appetizers, all delicious, from the homemade cured meats and cheeses to the hot dishes. We could have finished lunch with appetizers, but we wanted to try at least one of the daily specials, so we chose cavatelli with crusco peppers, sausage, and caciocavallo cheese. This, too, was a very good dish, well-balanced and flavorful. Our lunch concluded with two desserts: ricotta cake with almonds and rum-infused raisins, and cream puffs filled with custard. Both were worthy, but I've rarely found a ricotta cake this fragrant and delicate! Superb service, with friendly and helpful staff, who, above all, were attentive to every need. Plus, the menu changes daily...one more reason for us to return soon. It was truly a wonderful discovery :)

08/03/2026: We had dinner two evenings when we go down to Grottole, a regular stop at this restaurant, the pizza is excellent, I recommend it to anyone passing by.

The food is truly delicious every time, with no unpleasant surprises. The rest of the experience is also completely satisfying: pleasant atmosphere, attentive service, and good timing. A reliable place, one you'll gladly return to because it maintains a consistently high overall standard. Recommended.
