Slow service. The food isn't great. The appetizers are decent. The first courses are unremarkable. Especially the Scialatelli with fava bean puree... Overcooked pasta... An inedible mush.
I don't recommend it.
23/06/2026: An indescribable welcome, fantastic kindness and availability, food above quality with refined cuisine in the details, it is authentic, welcoming and well-kept environment, friendly owner definitely to be recommended, the only difficulty in getting there due to the road closed for work but it was definitely worth it.

18/05/2026: I'm not a big bargoer, but I come here when I can! Always kind and smiling! The products are very good. I get the lactose-free croissant for my wife, and she also says the "wild berry" one is excellent. I get either a cappuccino or a ginseng for myself. The interior room offers privacy, where you can retreat for a few minutes of relaxation. The owner, at 86, always has the air of a gentleman, in his clean uniform. Yes, times gone by, how wonderful, thank you.

29/12/2025: A paradise of top-quality meat. You choose your specialties at the counter and everything is cooked to order according to your taste. From fillet to sweetbreads, from Romagna bocconcini to spicy sausages and salami, not to mention the appetizers of traditional cheeses accompanied by exquisite lemon-infused extra virgin olive oil: everything is truly excellent. And the prices are almost unbelievably exceptional!

28/08/2025: Over time, the welcome has deteriorated; it almost seems like they're doing you a favor by having you dine. We arrived at 9:10 PM, in the middle of summer, and anyway, if it was late, they could have said so and we would have gone somewhere else.

02/06/2026: This pastry shop and café on the main street in Bernalda (MT) offers fragrant, delicious croissants for breakfast. They offer a wide selection of pastries, but their specialty is their "scorzette," which they ship all over Italy and abroad. The shop is well-maintained and very clean, with tables outside. The friendly staff at the counter, Teresa and Luciana, are incredibly helpful.

The two appetizers, octopus and shrimp carpaccio, were exceptional. It's hard to choose the best.
After the deliciousness of the appetizer, I expected a little more from the first course (linguine with scampi), even though it was still very good.
The only downside was the service was a bit slow, but that didn't detract from the experience.
I'll definitely be back!

We were four adults and a two-year-old child, and we had a truly wonderful time.
The food was delicious, and the staff was patient, kind, and truly talented. There are so many animals—peacocks, cows, donkeys, ponies, horses, chickens, pigs, and bunnies—that make it perfect for both adults and children.
The farm-style play area and outdoor relaxation area are also lovely. An ideal experience for families; we'll definitely be back!
