09/04/2026: Spa. Zia. Le. Excellent meat and fantastic burgers. The sauces are truly exquisite, and the smoked oil that accompanies the meat is incredible. Young, talented guys with a sense of well-made things. Worth a mention.

The fries were amazing, all served on a modern, minimalist tray.

Congratulations, keep it up, I enjoyed everything I ate and the experience is worth the prices, which I would consider average and very reasonable... Compliments to the staff

07/03/2026: We've been frequenting this restaurant for years, but today at lunch we were truly disappointed.
With the kitchen open to the public, we saw a staff member, wearing shorts and a band-aid on his leg, mopping the floor with a rag using his shoes. He then picked up that same rag, wiped his hands, and then began preparing the dishes (polenta and meat), touching the food with his hands.
It was a scene that left us speechless and didn't seem at all hygienic. It's a shame, but after what we saw, we won't be returning.

01/04/2026: The restaurant is noteworthy with interesting dishes, but unfortunately there are some negatives to report that you wouldn't expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant...
We didn't order the tasting menu, but opted for an appetizer and a main course.
1. After being shown to the table, we were left alone for 20 minutes without seeing anyone again...
2. They serve the raw patanegra cut only with a slicer and not with a knife, served on a wooden cutting board.
3. The price is well over €200 per person, but we know that the wine is the star, you pay for it...
20/03/2026: Truly excellent dinner! I haven't been back in a while, but I can confirm that the chef has incredible skill and creativity, and you can see that the ingredients are second to none. The spaghetti in saor was incredibly satisfying, just as I remembered, and the pigeon won me over with its perfect cooking and incredible flavor. The desserts are fantastic: bold yet balanced pairings, and I appreciated the skillful use of fermentation. Kudos to all the staff, whose service was impeccable and very attentive without ever being overwhelming. An experience I'll definitely repeat.

01/04/2026: I ate the Bassano sandwich. It had asparagus that was inedible. I told him and the response was, "I'll report it." They could have at least said "I'm sorry." They're expensive, because for two sandwiches, a beer, and a bottle of water, it costs 52 euros. They charge 2.50 for the cover charge, including a paper placemat. In fact, on a Wednesday evening, there was no one there.

09/03/2026: High-quality grilled meat at a fair price... so, ladies and gentlemen, I RECOMMEND!!
A well-stocked menu and good-quality meat: mixed grill with spectacular and abundant tagliata for less than €20, while the tagliata is gigantic and cooked to perfection. First courses are plentiful and delicious.
The wait is normal, the staff are competent and professional, even though they don't spend much time in the smaller rooms; just make yourself heard politely.
The atmosphere is like a rustic, informal tavern with an open kitchen as you enter.
If we really want to find a flaw, for our picky friends, the bread was a bit hard, but since it was Sunday, that's perfectly understandable... To the complainers, I say: eat a breadstick!!
01/03/2026: Everything was very good, the fettuccine with truffle was a disappointment to our taste, the mixed cold cuts appetizer was very good, the grilled meats were excellent. I'm curious about the Florentine steak, which we will definitely try. Then the surprise pizza, we ordered one and took it home, delicious. We will be back.

21/12/2025: They told us that a dish was out, so we ordered another, but they told us that they had found one, but they had already put it on us without asking. Plus, it was from the supermarket.
Unworkable.
14/12/2025: I went there on Monday evening and ordered two chicken salads, taking advantage of the discount. They were truly meager portions: not enough salad and even less chicken! Maybe they ran out of produce? Or did they deliberately reduce the portions because of the discount? I don't think I'll be back.

13/03/2024: Locale molto semplice ma un luogo dove arte, semplicità e passione si intrecciano e ti fanno riscoprire i sapori di una volta.
Mangiato benissimo e menù particolare e vario, è d’obbligo fare i complimenti al titolare cuoco!!!

17/02/2024: Sabato a pranzo, il locale è un bar ristorante difronte alla chiesa Del Santo Redentore e per noi una bellissima sorpresa. Piatti tipici veneti cucinati e serviti con maniera cordiale, quasi famigliare. Abbiamo preso dei bigoli con il ragù bianco di vitello veramente deliziosi e del fegato alla veneziana con contorno di polenta grigliata. A parte radicchio di campo ripassato in padella e patate al forno. Tutto veramente buono, forse il fegato leggermente duro, aspetto comunque trascurabile in rapporto al sapore ben calibrato con le cipolle. Non abbiamo preso il dolce, ma due caffè perché eravamo veramente sazi. La prossima volta assaggeremo l’antipasto della casa proposto con i salumi fatti dalla famiglia dello chef. Locale promosso e decisamente consigliato per chi cerca i piatti della tradizione, abbondanti e cucinati ad arte. Il conto? Una sorpresa pure quello, prezzo super onesto. Torneremo!
