The restaurant is noteworthy with interesting dishes, but unfortunately there are some negatives to report that you wouldn't expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant... We didn't order the tasting menu, but opted for an appetizer and a main course. 1. After being shown to the table, we were left alone for 20 minutes without seeing anyone again... 2. They serve the raw patanegra cut only with a slicer and not with a knife, served on a wooden cutting board. 3. The price is well over €200 per person, but we know that the wine is the star, you pay for it...

Truly excellent dinner! I haven't been back in a while, but I can confirm that the chef has incredible skill and creativity, and you can see that the ingredients are second to none. The spaghetti in saor was incredibly satisfying, just as I remembered, and the pigeon won me over with its perfect cooking and incredible flavor. The desserts are fantastic: bold yet balanced pairings, and I appreciated the skillful use of fermentation. Kudos to all the staff, whose service was impeccable and very attentive without ever being overwhelming. An experience I'll definitely repeat.

We started out thinking about ordering ribs, so we took their advice and tried the meat tasting menu. I have to say that everything was excellent; I was particularly impressed by the gnocchi alla romana, the ravioli in broth, and the macaroni with deconstructed ragù. My sister has various allergies, and they adapted the entire menu to her needs and even brought her a non-alcoholic aperitif, seeing as she didn't drink wine, without us even saying anything (which we greatly appreciated). The service, while not impeccable, was fantastic. We really liked the two waiters; they were excellent at explaining the various dishes to us, and overall, they were really nice and friendly. We really enjoyed the wine, and for the first time, I had a gin and tonic, which I enjoyed. We'll definitely be back.

Not your typical "combed and heavy" Michelin-starred restaurant, but a casual place where you feel good and relaxed, even for a quiet dinner with your partner or friends, with good wine and a quality menu, with meat taking center stage! At Damini, you feel good in every way... congratulations! Excellent selection of gins, and the guy recommended two truly superb London ones... "Said by a local butcher." I absolutely recommend going to dinner there. Very good!

From the old family butcher shop, brothers Gian Pietro and Giorgio Damini have transformed an excellent delicatessen into an adjoining restaurant whose cuisine has deservedly been awarded a Michelin star, a testament to the excellent work of Chef Giorgio Damini. The menu features primarily meat from the family's own farms. Among the dishes that most impressed my table were the veal cutlet (enormous, well-breaded and incredibly tender), the beef, aged in two different ways, hand-chopped and served plain or with a passion fruit sauce, and finally the sweetbreads. Unfortunately, the cuisine is let down by the service, which was very sloppy, imprecise, and poorly coordinated. The wine list is very interesting.

For my birthday, we went to Damini & Affini, a surprise from my boyfriend. It was our first time here, though we'd heard about it before. We chose the six-course menu, and it was a complete and engaging experience. The quality of the meat is top-notch, as I expected. What's truly surprising, however, is the poetry of the pairings: thoughtful, special, captivating dishes that captivate you in just one bite. The staff, the chef, and the attention to detail made us feel like we were in a silken cradle. Pampered and accompanied by the utmost expression of flavors. Not having to choose the dishes is also a great way to let yourself be guided on your first visit to Damini. An experience worth the trip. And yes, we'll definitely be back. We did a tasting menu, and it was a pleasant discovery. Each course was prepared with great care and flavor. We were absolutely delighted! The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. In conclusion, we can say that it fully met our expectations and the atmosphere makes us want to return.

There was never any doubt about the quality of the ingredients and the excellence of the chef at Damini. I was particularly impressed by the waiters' professionalism and kindness. They deserve special praise in my personal experience.
