Florian knows what you can cook with: with regional beef and potatoes, selected wines from small winegrowers, here we work together with South Tyrolean agriculture! And the warmth of the boss himself! We would love to come back, our children were also warmly welcomed!

05/01/2025: The selection of meats is truly vast and includes a variety of cuts from different origins of the highest quality. Every dish I tasted was simply delicious, cooked to perfection and packed with flavour. The staff was very competent and helpful, ready to recommend the best pairings and suggest special dishes. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming, making the dining experience even more pleasant.

04/01/2025: I've been to this place And we were immediately greeted by super welcoming staff, fantastic food, then we met the owner's mother who recommended some sweets and bitters and super grappas, I recommend the Lambrusco grappa. 13/10/2024: The food is very tasty, the service is fast, if you don't have a reservation you have to be very patient. We waited until a table was released for almost 45 minutes. Extremely crowded and noisy. The waiters are overwhelmed but still remain kind.

03/01/2025: We had lunch on Christmas Day. It was full but despite this we had a great meal and the staff were very friendly. The dishes were delicious (especially the lasagna with venison ragù). If we are in the area again we will definitely return, perhaps to try the pizza.

10/10/2024: Very nicely located mountain hut, we stopped off on a hike and fortified ourselves on the veranda with warm drinks, Kaiserschmarren and a cheese platter. Very friendly staff, lovingly prepared plates and delicious food. Price-performance ratio is right, highly recommended!

28/09/2024: A very nice mountain hut with a great view. Very friendly staff. Very good, great dishes. Very clean toilet, nice cozy guest room. Everything is great. We visit the hut every year.

02/11/2024: Eat: The tartare was excellent, however the burgers were a total disappointment. The lettuce leaves were old and the burger meat was raw, even though we ordered it “well done”. Ambiance: The table was wobbling, the table lamp was broken, and the room temperature was uncomfortably cold. Service: The service seemed cool and attentive, but there was a lack of genuine, warm friendliness.

20/10/2024: Un locale dove andare sia in coppia sia con amici. Cibo ottimo locale e servizio al top come sempre . Lo chef e il responsabile Alex non si smentiscono mai . D'estate è meraviglioso per la sua terrazza e i meravigliosi cocktail accompagnati dalla musica . D'inverno all'interno r una chicca per una serata relax .

14/01/2025: Beautiful, modern and functional room in the main building. Some with balcony. Everything well maintained and clean. Owners and employees always very friendly and helpful. We stayed here with motorbikes for a week. Unfortunately, there are a few covered parking spaces.

08/02/2025: Ciola Steakhouse in San Vigilio is an absolute must-visit! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. The staff were fantastic, making us feel welcome and offering helpful recommendations. But the real star of the show was the food. We ordered the 1kg Picanha and the beef tartare, and both were absolutely incredible. The Picanha was cooked to perfection, melt-in-your-mouth tender and bursting with flavor. It's easily the best steak I've had in town, and possibly anywhere! The beef tartare was equally impressive, fresh, and beautifully presented. If you're looking for an amazing steak experience in San Vigilio, Ciola is the place to be. Highly recommended!

05/01/2025: Siamo stati qui per la cena di San Silvestro e siamo tornati per l’ultima cena a fine vacanza perchè ci siamo trovati benissimo. Locale curato e accogliente, ottimo servizio, ottimo cibo e ottima carta dei vini. Consigliamo assolutamente questo ristorante e le loro proposte di carne🥩🍷
