17/08/2024: Location un po trascurata. Piatti dei contorni lasciati in bella vista senza nemmeno una copertura, inoltre freddi. Chieste 2 grigliate miste ma arrivata solo una. La carne è precotta a parte alcuni tagli. Alcuni pezzi troppo salati. Le birre da listino erano varie ma alla fine ne erano disponibili altre commerciali in bottiglia che non erano presenti sul menu. Qualitativamente nn male, la cottura nn buona. Servizio....erano in due a mandare avanti il locale...hanno fatto anche troppo. Buono per l'impegno misero per il resto. Il conto in media... Ma nn basta il prezzo per fare l'articolo. Nn ci tornerò, nn lo consiglierò.

17/02/2025: A well-kept place with music, a few steps from the lake, it offers some traditional Trentino specialities, succulent meat dishes, gluten-free and vegan options and finally a pizzeria (not available at the moment for lunch). Friendly and helpful staff

16/02/2025: Place recently added to the AIC circuit. They offer good quality Steak House cuisine. Decent choice of gluten-free dishes. Very friendly and attentive staff. We will definitely be back.

25/03/2025: Well, the food was very well prepared. Some with good value for money such a the starter plate, others too pricey in my opinion. Although I loved the sign “Not you again” by the entrance, the atmosphere at the restaurant was my biggest problem.

02/11/2024: Eat: The tartare was excellent, however the burgers were a total disappointment. The lettuce leaves were old and the burger meat was raw, even though we ordered it “well done”. Ambiance: The table was wobbling, the table lamp was broken, and the room temperature was uncomfortably cold. Service: The service seemed cool and attentive, but there was a lack of genuine, warm friendliness.

12/03/2025: Excellent service and very helpful staff. Excellent location, very comfortable; excellent cellar. The only negative thing is the absence of parking (if we don't count the Miara one)

11/03/2025: Great steakhouse with very nice service and excellent meat. The steaks are grilled over a charcoal grill, which ensures a great taste, but unfortunately also leaves you smelling smoky. Not a criticism, but something you should know.

22/03/2025: Ormai possiamo ritenerci clienti abituali ed ogni volta sembra che la qualità migliori. Molto carina la location, il personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto e disponibile e non da ultimo...con il sorriso. Il filetto era davvero prelibato, molto buone le verdure alla piastra, ottimo il crostone Brida per non parlare dei fagioli Bud Spencer...! Davvero tutto ottimo bagnato con un altrettanto ottimo calice di Manzoni! Complimenti e consigliamo vivamente a tutti di provarlo!

21/01/2025: Braceria consigliatissima! Ottima tartare con tartufo e super Angus Burger…..il tutto accompagnato da una freschissima birra PEJO. E’ anche un punto vendita di carni e prodotti tipici del posto. Atmosfera piacevole, pulizia e cortesia!

16/02/2025: We once ate venison goulash with spaetzle, red cabbage and pear and once we ate venison steak with celery puree and baby carrots. Everything was very good, but the portions could have been a little larger for these prices (goulash €27.00 - steak €33.00). The rest was fine, service was friendly.

14/02/2025: The restaurant scores with delicious pizza that tastes great and is well prepared. The base is crispy, the ingredients are fresh and the portions are reasonable – a treat for all pizza lovers. The location is also practical: Located right on the street, the restaurant is easily accessible and has its own parking lot, which makes traveling by car easier. If you are passing through or are looking for a quick, uncomplicated meal, you will find it here. However, there is one small point of criticism: the staff seemed a bit unprofessional and not particularly friendly. Warmer service would make the experience much more pleasant. Overall, the restaurant remains a good choice for a delicious pizza in a convenient location. If you can overlook the less than inviting service, you'll get a solid meal in an easily accessible restaurant.

23/03/2025: Wedding 09/24 We chose Prime Rose for the catering of our wedding, and our experience was a mix of emotions. We were initially won over by Emanuela's charisma, who was very professional and friendly in our first meetings when choosing the menu, but unfortunately, during the wedding day some aspects did not go as we expected. As for the food, we can't help but compliment it: every dish was of excellent quality and our guests appreciated it very much. However, the organization of the day left much to be desired. Unfortunately, with the arrival of the rain, the aperitif we had planned outdoors was interrupted, and we expected part of it to be served in the dining room. Instead, nothing was brought inside, and we were made to start lunch an hour early, creating a bit of confusion. In the dining room, service management was not optimal. There were two waiters: one with more experience, but who seemed unmotivated, and a young and inexperienced girl. The result was that some moments, such as the distribution of drinks and time management, were poorly taken care of. Another point that disappointed us was the cutting of the cake: scheduled for 7-7.30pm, it was served at 5.30pm, leaving us then with an hour and a half of waiting without doing anything. During this period, the tables of the elderly guests were not served with sparkling wine, and we were told that, since the cake was being cut outdoors, everyone had to get up to get the drink. This situation has never happened to us on other occasions. Even the cocktail corner, planned during the evening, did not meet expectations. The bartender was almost "hidden", and many guests came to ask us where he was. Furthermore, we had agreed on free focaccias for the evening, but in the end during the party, all the paid piadinas were served first, and, when these were finished, we were told that it was not appropriate to serve the focaccias, despite it being a previously established agreement. In conclusion, the food was undoubtedly a strong point, but the organization and management of the service was disappointing. We were hoping for a smoother experience that was in line with expectations, especially considering the professionalism initially shown.

19/10/2024: Birthday dinner, relaxed atmosphere with soft lighting, excellent staff, attentive, helpful and non-intrusive. To start we were served a small welcome from the chef: bean cream soup with radicchio salad and croutons, very good indeed. To follow as an appetizer we tried the beef steak in two variations, the meat was truly exceptional! We continued with the grilled Fiorentina Breton, (before cooking it they showed us the piece of meat at the table to see if it was ok) served with baked potatoes and mashed potatoes...what can I say, it melted in your mouth, superb! We finished with a truly buttery and fragrant sweet millefeuille. To end on a high note they brought us some meringues and some homemade ugly but good ones which they finished immediately! The bill was quite high, but I must say that the quality of the products is exceptional and the service excellent.

10/10/2024: Staying at Miravalle and had reserved for dinner after researching many local restaurants. Enjoyed a relaxing dinner with a view of the garden. Short & Easy walk from town center. Service was helpful and attentive. Will return on our next visit. I especially enjoyed the “flan” starter dish. It seems to be a form of very light and delicate soufflé.

14/01/2025: Beautiful, modern and functional room in the main building. Some with balcony. Everything well maintained and clean. Owners and employees always very friendly and helpful. We stayed here with motorbikes for a week. Unfortunately, there are a few covered parking spaces.

15/02/2025: Selten erlebt man so ein Ambiente gepaart mit perfektem Service und Essen der Spitzenklasse. Wir waren zu viert und haben das Soo Chic dreimal in einer Woche besucht. Dementsprechend haben wir viele Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte ausprobiert. Alles war immer perfekt angerichtet und geschmacklich ausgezeichnet. Dass zu einem Rinderfilet sechs verschiedene Salze gereicht wurden, hat mich besonders beeindruckt. Negative Bewertungen über den Service kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Selbst bei fast voll besetztem Gastraum war das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich wie immer. Highlight am Valentinstag: der Gastraum war geschmückt, die Tische mit Herzen dekoriert und die Damen bekamen eine Rose gereicht.
