Regarding the food, the overall quality of the dishes was satisfactory. The ingredients were good, but the tomato sauce used on the pasta was so sweet that it didn't ruin the flavor. In conclusion, the restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service.

22/02/2026: We've been there twice for lunch, and I'd say it's excellent. The food is divine, the waiters are super attentive, and the service is impeccable. Stunning view of Lake Levico. The best restaurant in Levico, with prices in line with everything else. Congratulations, we'll be happy to return.

22/03/2026: Terrible management and customer service: I do not recommend it. We recently stayed for 6 days at this hotel in Corvara and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Although the rooms are fine, the service and the staff's attitude completely ruined the stay. The worst: The owner and staff's behavior **Lack of manners:** The owner is a rude person who doesn't know how to treat customers. We asked for tap water, they said okay, and then he forbade it. The restaurant staff followed the same pattern; they scolded us for absurd reasons on several occasions. **Uncomfortable surveillance:** During breakfast and dinner, the waiters constantly watch you to see what you take from the buffet, creating a very tense and unpleasant atmosphere. Very poor food **Breakfast:** They don't replenish the food as it runs out, apparently with the intention of encouraging guests to consume as little as possible. Also, the coffee is water. **Dinner:** The quality is very mediocre. On our last day, they served entrecote and it was awful; another day they served us pork instead of beef, which is unacceptable. Conclusion: It's a shame that a hotel in such a beautiful location fails at the most basic things: hospitality and food quality. I don't recommend this hotel for staying in Corvara.

30/04/2026: I'd like to give this 0 stars, but that's not possible, so I'll give it one. I had lunch here with my son: we had the mixed tacos, served cold. The tortilla wasn't even slightly reheated, inedible. The sandwich was also disappointing: the bread was completely cold and the bacon was as hard as a shoe sole. When I mentioned this to the cashier, they told me that tacos are supposed to be served cold... 😅 Honestly, I'm speechless. Inedible food and very little courtesy.
