15/12/2025: Last night we had dinner at this restaurant, which we hadn't heard of before. As soon as we arrived, we were very impressed.
We entered the restaurant, which was very elegant. We ate very well, featuring typical local dishes. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was elegant and clean.
EXCELLENT value for money.
After the bill, they offered us an excellent digestif.
I recommend it.

Excellent food.
Average service.
Located high above street level, you reach it after a steep climb, and you can park both above and below.
They fully deserve their 5 stars.

25/07/2025: Durante la nostra vacanza siamo stati per 2 volte in questo locale davvero caratteristico. L'accoglienza del personale e la macelleria esposta in modo impeccabile ingolosiscono il palato.
Abbiamo provato sia hamburger che filetti e in entrambi le occasioni le aspettative sono state soddisfatte!
Ottima sorpresa anche i dolci ( semifreddo all' amaretto e tiramisù!)
Ci torneremo al prossimo passaggio da queste parti!

17/10/2025: We received excellent service here and had a wonderful dinner. In the evening, the awning was retracted, which gave us another fantastic view of the sky.
The service was truly attentive and extremely professional.
I had octopus, which was very well done and cooked to perfection.
The prices were a bit on the high side, but this is also reflected in the restaurant's style.

14/10/2025: As a restaurateur, I can say it's excellent value for money. Beautiful location, attentive service, homemade bread, and a kitchen staff who knows where to go. It's on the road, but perhaps a little inconvenient to see. Highly recommended! Well done! This effort deserves to be rewarded!

08/10/2025: I stayed here for three nights in early October. Having stayed in several other hotels in the dolomites La Tambra stands out as one of the very best. Super comfortable rooms and exceptionally, friendly and attentive staff, especially Rafaella at the front desk, who was very friendly and attentive to all my needs. The breakfast was exceptional as well. If I ever come back to the area, I would definitely want to stay here.

29/09/2025: The staff was very rude and unhelpful, even though it was late September and half empty.
I asked for a Margherita pizza, asking for half to be without mozzarella, and the answer was "we don't do half and half" (so much for half and half, it was just a matter of not putting plain mozzarella on half the pizza... no big deal).
The bottom line was that we had to get two mini pizzas for the same price: €6 for the one with mozzarella and €6 for the one without.
We'll never go back!

Perhaps a small play area for children is missing, which is always a plus...
18/10/2025: A truly disappointing dinner at Galloway. The meat was expensive but of poor quality: tough, chewy, and anything but tasty. I asked for it to be medium rare, but it arrived practically raw. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, with no attention to the customer whatsoever. Considering the prices and level of service, this place gives the impression of focusing only on the name, not on quality. I certainly won't be returning, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

20/12/2025: The pizza is quite poor: badly risen dough, they are really not generous with ingredients even if you are paying a pizza €25, and the ingredients themselves are not of good quality.
The service is ok, but some of the waiters don't speak italian.

28/11/2025: As soon as we arrived in Trento, we headed to the restaurant near the hotel where my son and I were staying to grab a bite to eat before exploring the city (2:20 PM). We arrived at the restaurant. A young man greeted us, saying the restaurant closed in half an hour. Fine, no problem. But after we ordered, the girl at the counter was very annoyed, didn't even say hello, and rudely set our drinks down on the table... and the young man threw our plates on the table. Good food, but totally zero service.
17/11/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday. It's been a while since we've been to a restaurant from this chain. I had a pulled rib burger; the sandwich wasn't huge, but it tasted good. The waiter who served us was a bit new to the restaurant, but he was still friendly.
