29/05/2025: We had dinner last night, welcomed in a very refined environment where the owner spent himself in a very professional and accurate description of the meat offer and guided us in the best choice. Very high quality meat with an excellent price balance! I recommend a stop to all lovers of good meat!

18/05/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at Merope’s SteakHouse in Carrara and were thoroughly impressed! The meat was incredibly tender, literally melting in your mouth, and each dish was a true masterpiece of taste. The quality of the ingredients is immediately evident: fresh meat, carefully selected, impeccably prepared. It is clear that behind each dish there is passion, expertise and a genuine love for cooking. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere welcoming and relaxed, and the owners… simply fantastic!
