23/08/2024: We had dinner at the Pilade restaurant and the location is very nice and elegant. The food is of excellent quality, a shame about the portions being quite small compared to the medium-high prices.
23/08/2024: Small update to the previous review. We returned to eat at this restaurant and this time we had fish. What should I say? The fish didn't disappoint either, in fact the grilled scampi were truly something excellent. It's really difficult to find a restaurant that offers both land and sea dishes and that cooks both so well. Thanks again for the excellent service.
Local with convenient parking for cars on the side. The place is well looked after and bright. The menu offers a wide choice of land or sea products and you can also find dishes of the day. It was the first time we came here and I must say that in addition to having eaten really well, we were also treated very well. I have a problem with garlic as I am allergic and the girl named Aurora immediately proved very kind in going to check if the dishes I had chosen could contain it. I believe that I have found attention to the customer like you gave me in very few places. For this I thank you. Usually in other restaurants I hear people say: I don't think so. I believe no with those who have a cheerfulness are not enough. I also thank the chef who, to make sure there was no garlic in the angus marinade, offered me an angus carpaccio that I could season as desired and I must say that it was excellent and could be cut with a fork. The quality of the meat was excellent, the sliced Angus with Colonnata lard taken by the person at the table with me who said it was one of the best meats he had eaten in his life. I highly recommend stopping at this restaurant because it's worth it, we will definitely be back.

24/07/2024: One of my restaurant on the island, always a nice experience. Nice and welcoming staff, the chef is always joining the table to check and available to answer questions on preparation and cooking techniques. The food is always great from the starters to the dessert, with some little surprises as the entree, pre-dessert and little sweets in the end. The wine list is inspiring with high level wine, always to try
24/07/2024: Un ringraziamento di cuore a Sante e al suo eccezionale staff per l'accoglienza calorosa e per la magnifica esperienza culinaria che ci hanno offerto al Ristorante Sapereta.
Ogni piatto era un vero capolavoro, dal piccione arrosto al muflone sulla brace, passando per gli antipasti raffinati e i dolci sopraffini.
La qualità e la passione che mettono nel loro lavoro si riflettono in ogni dettaglio, rendendo ogni boccone un'esperienza indimenticabile.
La grandezza di questo ristorante non risiede solo nei suoi meravigliosi piatti, ma anche nella cura e nell'attenzione che dedicano ai loro ospiti.
Non vediamo l'ora di tornare per rivivere questa straordinaria esperienza.

27/08/2024: We ordered 3 special pizzas, a coke and a beer, as we were leaving the waiter forgot about the beer. The pizzas were very BURNED and RAW, NO TOMATO sauce and very SMALL. Described as specialty pizzas and not gourmet, we were expecting large pizzas and were disappointed. The pizza crust was filled with PESTO bought at the supermarket, gray and tasteless (probably from a BARILLA SUB-BRAND), the dough GUMMY and DRY. The appearance of the pizzas was DEPRESSING, especially the one with mortadella and pistachios with a CEMENT GRAY color. Furthermore, the PRICE of the pizzas is too HIGH for the quality of the pizzas, only the classic ones have a good price. It goes without saying that such an experience is an evil joke for the customer. Once we finished eating the general comment was: INEDIBLE!
26/08/2024: A few weeks ago my partner and I had dinner in this wonderful osteria with Neapolitan charm and scents. We were welcomed kindly by the staff who immediately proved to be very professional, we had the pleasure of trying the cold cuts platter, different from the usual proposals and we particularly appreciated the duck breast, a real delicacy for the palate, we continued with a burrata and crostini with Colonnata lard which makes your mouth water just thinking about it, exceptional first courses and desserts with a home-made flavour. I highly recommend it, it's a place I promised myself I'd return to because in addition to the culinary goodness we felt strongly pampered by the staff, that kind of attention that only the south reserves... in short, a piece of Naples in the streets of Capoliveri!
