17/08/2024: A terrible mid-August dinner, the worst experience that has ever happened to me. Hot location, air conditioner they make a show of it. The service was careless with the orders, they got the courses we ordered wrong, some of them served us immediately and the others after almost half an hour. If we didn't insist on asking to serve us, they forgot to bring us food, serving the other tables that arrived after us first. The wrong pizzas were brought back to the pizza chef who we saw from afar, who added some toppings and re-voiced the usual pizzas to make them look like the ones we ordered. A cut, inedible, arrived after the Greek calends, which also did not respect the order. The roast potatoes, seemed like reheated leftovers, not remotely resembling those brought to other tables. We felt treated like second class customers. Truly very disappointed, and to say that we had left Florence with much higher expectations. I definitely won't recommend it to my acquaintances, as well as not going back myself. They made me look bad to my guests. The bill, absurd, for having left the table hungry, furthermore the cashier even had the courage to ask "but what did you expect?"....perhaps to have a normal dinner at the restaurant?.....uncommentable. Definitely, not to go back.
