11/07/2026: I can't speak for the food. We were kicked out because we'd parked in the parking lot of a nearby restaurant. We had a bad day. Too bad.

17/05/2026: After cycling all day on the Sicily Divide, we had dinner at the Colle Verde restaurant: excellent food and very friendly service. Highly recommended.

16/06/2026: Pizzeria located in a district just outside the center of Salemi. Welcoming and clean, the staff are very kind and friendly. The pizza, and more, is truly delicious. Also excellent for takeout.

14/02/2026: I was very satisfied. Mr. Andrea's welcome was very welcome. Always available for any request and smiling. The food was excellent and plentiful...and the icing on the cake was a "cappiddruzzo" (Marsala) cassatella (Salemi) filled with ricotta and dusted with cinnamon. Sublime. Very reasonable price. We will definitely be back.

19/08/2026: We came here for dinner one evening in May, but coincidentally, a large family party was taking place inside. As a result, it was quite noisy. Fortunately, the owners were very understanding and allowed us to sit outside without any problem. However, this did mean we had to wait a bit longer for our food. Fortunately, the food itself was tasty. As a gesture of goodwill, we were offered a local dessert afterwards, and that was truly delicious! Perhaps we were just unlucky with the timing and will come back again on a quieter day.

18/08/2026: After we arrived, we were kindly welcomed by the staff, they made us sit properly, I asked for a water and it was brought quickly, we then ordered two burgers with cheddar and bacon, some chips and also a coke and a tea, the chips arrived when the burger was almost finished, the burger itself was very poor quality, the meat was that of the supermarket, we were not asked how cooked, the bread obviously packaged, also in one we had asked for the addition of lettuce which in an 8 euro sandwich went up to 10 euros just for two slices of lettuce but we let it go, the chips arrived without sauce, without a plate, while the coke and tea never arrived unless we asked after a long time for them to be brought to us as we had forgotten, overall negative experience, in the hope that perhaps when we return in the future things will be very different.
