07/09/2025: We travel extensively and love good food. When we arrived this restaurant was recommended to us as being good and authentic, so our expectations were high!
Without question, the service is exceptional. The food is the best we’ve eaten in all of Italy, not ‘just’ Sicily. Exceptional food, exceptional people, exceptional experience.
07/09/2025: As for the very fresh, well-prepared fish dishes.
NOTE: The dining room on the corner with the other street is poorly divided, making it confusing for the restaurant next door, which can lead to sitting in the wrong place.

28/08/2025: Don't call it pizza.
A pre-rolled dough (the question is why?), where only the toppings are added, and then baked: the result is a single, compact, circular loaf.
The first courses and other dishes will certainly be excellent, but if you want to eat pizza, this isn't the place to be.

05/07/2025: I'll start by saying that the food is also quite good, very good mortadella, pork shank "porchettato" but good, but the Chef's roast is very expensive for the proportions and all full of nerves. When I pointed this out to the waiter his response was: eh, I'm sorry...stop!
But the real gem is the bottle of wine that magically on the menu was €26 but on the bill €30... I pointed out the mistake and after 10 minutes the waitress justified herself (recommended by others) saying that the prices had not yet been adjusted for the season. (July 1st...😳!!)
Perhaps the most correct name is rAggirello...
Watch out for the prices on the menu and on the receipt....!!!

27/07/2025: Excellent restaurant, but above all, a wonderful welcome!
Despite our arrival time, which was almost at the afternoon closing time, we were greeted with the utmost kindness and helpfulness by all the staff.
The food was truly delicious; we had a well-assorted and excellent-quality portion of appetizers, then continued with linguine with sausage, accompanied by crumbs; out of this world!
The portions were generous and the price was very fair.
When I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop by again.
26/07/2025: We went to this restaurant right before closing time and were greeted with kindness and courtesy. The meal was an indescribable experience; we ate linguine with sausage, almonds, and sun-dried tomatoes. I'm not usually a pasta fan, but I couldn't resist enjoying this delicacy until the end. Not to mention the meat, a tagliata with mushrooms...which completely melted in my mouth. The atmosphere and staff were super welcoming; if I lived in Sicily, I'd be a regular! Highly recommended!

26/07/2025: Terrible experience. Very disappointed.
After an hour and a half of waiting for a table without even a single pizza, we decided to leave. Meanwhile, dozens of takeout pizzas were coming out as usual, while seated customers were given no priority.
I understand the busy times, but giving priority to takeout over seated customers is inexplicable and disrespectful. No communication from the staff, no apology, no solution offered.
A real shame, because I had come with good expectations.
I won't be returning.

20/08/2025: The Modica sandwich was good. Pasta alla trapanese was just cacio e pepe. Inedible because the pasta was overcooked. I ordered a beer, but it never arrived. I constructively brought this up at the cashier, and was rudely told that they don't gamble.
19/08/2025: The solid restaurant attracts tourists, with terrible food.
Avoid for the food and lack of professionalism.

13/07/2025: We booked for Friday evening, July 11th, they reserved a table for us, and when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. Luckily, there's a fishmonger next door. The restaurant was closed, so we decided to call back. I wondered if they said the place was closed. What was the problem? I didn't waste time calling back.
27/03/2025: Excellent quality of meat, vast assortment of fine meats, excellent service, fair bill, I will definitely return.

19/04/2025: Posto incantevole. Cibo veramente ottimo per non parlare del pane fatto da loro. Una menzione per Giuseppe il proprietario che è di una simpatia unica. Assolutamente consigliato
09/04/2025: Mooi plekje midden in het platteland van Segesta. Vriendelijke ontvangst van de eigenaar en de kinderen waren onmiddellijk dol op de drie lieve honden. Lekkere plaatselijke specialiteiten gegeten in deze agriturismo, zowel pasta als vlees!

04/10/2024: Попали сюда поздно вечером, когда почти все заведения были закрыты. На вопрос, можно ли что-нибудь поесть, хозяин сказал конечно, кухня работает. Заказали очень вкусно приготовленную свинину с яблючным пюре
