19/08/2025: The usual Roadhouse (we've tried a few around) but with the friendliness and smile of the staff, the smile and friendliness of the Sicilians who make you feel at home.

14/08/2025: Excellent restaurant, especially if you know what to order. Pros: - Impeccable, smiling service - The atmosphere (better here than in nearby Centro Sicilia) - Some more unusual dishes (NB: I'm not usually a steakhouse person) What to order: - Ribs (especially the bucket, but not the new ones, which are very strange) - Cheesy quesadillas - Onion rings - Double crispy chicken - Philly cheese steak - Kebab pita - Coffee breeze ...and there's bound to be something for everyone if you delve into the menu. For now, these are my favorites. Cons: - Below-average desserts - The Roadhouse company! Why the company as a "con"... In true Italian management style, they don't seem to know what they're doing, they only think about cutting costs and don't know how to make the most of what they have. Some concrete examples: in the past, they eliminated the fillet steak, which was their best dish, and they stopped selling the Honey Mustard sauce (which was exceptional) for a while... and now they have to know it exists and ask for it, when in fact they should offer a small plate of it with certain dishes to promote it and, in return, promote the accompanying dish. But now I come to the SERIOUS faults... The app may be beautiful and useful, but only regular customers use it... Hasn't any manager thought to upload updated menus to Google Maps photos? So new customers go to the restaurant for the first time expecting something and don't find it! What a way to disappoint the customer before they've even started eating! Brilliant! Furthermore, the best items on the (needlessly?) extensive menu, especially the specialty sandwiches, aren't adequately advertised or introduced to the customer (e.g., many will think a sandwich and fries aren't worth the price, so offering an appetizer or a small plate, with half the meat, at a launch price would make people understand what they're missing). I think people mostly go to Roadhouse for the all-you-can-eat ribs (I think on Sundays), which are delicious, but how many plates of ribs can you eat?! And yet on other days the place is often unnecessarily vacant. The company seems to have decided to stay in Sicily (where it only has three restaurants!) only until the regulars get tired of eating ribs every Sunday... I really hope that's not the case, because I'd miss it.

20/08/2025: The food was good quality, the staff were very friendly, the owner was a fighter despite the adversities of the local situation, the meals were not abundant but good and of high quality, the fried foods were made with good oil, none of the 4 of us were hurt, we were offered an extra sorbet and a seat! Thanks again, dear lady.

30/08/2025: It's not ideal to dine on a sidewalk corner if there's a lot of people passing by. But believe me, everything we ordered didn't disappoint: authentic local flavors and excellently balanced dishes, with prices in line with quality and quantity. I recommend stopping by and trying the fish or horsemeat dishes; the appetizers are more than satisfying.

14/07/2025: Atmosphäre & Konzept Das Restaurant präsentiert sich als typisches Pseudo-Amerikanisches Lokal mit Western-Elementen. Die Einrichtung ist thematisch gestaltet und bietet besonders für Kinder einige spannende Details. Service • Bedienung: Das Personal ist freundlich und arbeitet professionell. • Tempo: Die Abläufe sind leider nicht besonders schnell – man sollte etwas Zeit mitbringen, da die Wartezeiten länger ausfallen können. Speisekarte & Qualität • Auswahl: Die Karte ist recht umfangreich und bietet viele verschiedene Gerichte, von Burgern über Steaks bis hin zu Tex-Mex-Klassikern. • Essen: Geschmacklich ist das Essen in Ordnung, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches. Wer authentisch amerikanische Küche sucht, wird hier eher Standardgerichte finden. Fazit für Familien Für Familien mit Kind ist das Old Wild West eine solide Option, wenn man Wert auf eine große Auswahl und ein unterhaltsames Ambiente legt. Wer allerdings ein kulinarisches Highlight sucht oder wenig Zeit hat, sollte sich auf längere Wartezeiten und eher durchschnittliche Speisen einstellen.

Invito il capo del personale a selezionare con piu attenzione il personale, questa dipendente è altamente scorbutica, ineducata e non comprende affatto cosa possa significare il termine interagire con i clienti.
