17/08/2025: A truly lovely and well-kept place.
Even though it was Saturday night and we hadn't booked, the girl found us a table right away, warning us that we'd have a bit of a wait. We were actually served after about ten minutes. The food was truly high-quality, especially the bread and meat! The pizza was also excellent.
Compliments to both the kitchen and the girl, who was truly kind, friendly, and helpful!
Unfortunately, our vacation is over, but we'll definitely be back to eat here next year!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The side dish buffet is varied and good, but as soon as you sit down, the waiters start bringing out the meat nonstop, leaving you no time to breathe. Sure, you can refuse and wait for them to come back, but it's stressful. I didn't like the idea of gorging yourself as if you hadn't eaten in days. Then, of course, the side dishes are tempting, and once you start eating them, you almost have no room left for the meat.
I recommend getting just a couple of side dishes at the beginning and then going back to the buffet if necessary.
Also try the cinnamon pineapple. Good, although too sweet.
Live music only for the second sitting, around 10:30/11 PM, a shame.

28/06/2025: We booked the porceddu which was fabulous! Even the Sardinian specialties that the owner recommended were sensational, with the pasta rigorously hand-rolled, they take into account the humidity, the climate... You understand the Passion passed down from great-grandmother to grandmother to the current management. I can only invite you to try it and get advice! BRAVI, the only small flaw having an outdoor area under the houses I would put some plants. I will definitely return

29/07/2025: At la Perla we had a great dinner, with local delicious food and wine ( right next to where the wine is actually made!))
The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a family restaurant).
Definitely a must to experience here in Berchidda.

21/07/2025: BEWARE!!!! The food is okay... the price is a little less for 4 pizzas, 2 portions of sausages and chips, 2 portions of nuggets, 1 66L beer, and 3 cans of Coke... I paid €87.50 and it's a scam!!! I didn't say anything out of politeness because I had already ordered the pizzas... but they won't see another cent from me. If you're a tourist, be careful because it seems like a price specifically designed to SCAM OUT-OF-THE-COUNTRY PEOPLE.

Terrible food, €50 per person for a set menu, a starter with two subpar cured meats, a lousy first course, and a sorbet—a real waste of money.
It's not the same place they advertise on Instagram, poor service.
On the plus side, the only positive is DJ Kikko, who knows how to entertain and have fun.
I definitely won't be back.
17/08/2025: A pleasant atmosphere, but decidedly expensive for the overall quality of service. A particularly negative note goes to the manager, whose surly and rude attitude made the experience unpleasant. This inappropriate behavior clashes with the professionalism and kindness demonstrated by the dining room staff, particularly the waitresses, who deserve praise for their patience and courtesy, especially in a challenging work environment.
It's a shame, because there's potential, but the management's attention to hospitality is completely lacking.

22/08/2025: The food is all frozen. The waiters are slow and don't speak English. They rush you by giving you the drink receipt before your meal. The restrooms are horrible and dirty. I understand they take advantage of tourists a bit, considering it's right next to the airport, but it's on another level. Don't come here if you can.
Regrettable.

21/09/2024: Anni fa abbiamo scoperto questo locale rustico perché un nostro caro amico toscano capitano del veliero MEDITERRANEO alla fonda a Golfo Aranci apprezza molto la cucina e in Sardegna va alla ricerca di locande, trattorie, ristoranti e quant'altro.
Una sera ci ha portato da Cut & Grill per mangiare il porceddu ed era veramente buono. Giovedì sera 19 settembre 2024 abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone.
Non una delusione ma molto molto di più ➕️.
Primo, il porceddu non era un maialino da latte ma molto grande lo si vedeva dalle ossa.
Secondo, la carne non aveva il sapore del porceddu.
Terzo, servito freddo e lo abbiamo rimandato indietro chiedendo il porceddu caldo.
Quarto, l'hanno semplicemente riscaldato ed aveva un sapore di fumo.
Quinto, il gestore indignato dalle nostre critiche.
Io avevo proposto di lasciare il tavolo e andare via e se avesse fatto storie avrei chiamato i NAS (una controllata alla struttura non farebbe male). Gli altri invece hanno cercato di mangiare quella schifezza.
105 € buttati via.

Ieri sera siamo stati alla locanda Rudalza. Porceddu cotto a vista dentro un camino, non allo spiedo, ma steso all'uso dei pastori del Gennargentu, tagliato davanti ai nostri occhi, che dire una bontà che non mangiavo da anni quando per caso ci fermammo in una locanda sulla montagna La Marmora del Gennargentu.
26/08/2024: In vacanza io ed il mio compagno alloggiamo in un b&b vicinissimo a questo posto da dimenticare (5km ) …Non conoscendo il luogo chiediamo al nostro Maitre Giovanni .
Ci consiglia Cut and grill di Olbia dicendo che si mangia abbastanza bene ed i prezzi nn sono eccessivi…..
Arriviamo…entriamo….ci sediamo….e scopriamo che nn cw un menù da cui scegliere quindi la cameriera ci invita ad andare con lei per comporre i nostri piatti …..da qui:
1)livello di pulizia -10🥹🥹🥹
2) c’è un phone sotto la griglia🥲🥲
3)il personale litiga tra loro….🤬🤬
Componiamo i piatti:
Nel primo due spiedini di numero misti nel secondo una porzione di maialino più’
1/2 vino bianco della casa e una Bottiglia di H2O…
Questo scherzetto è costato 65 €…
Ed un supplemento di 5€ perché mm ci hanno offerto nemmeno l’amaro……
State alla larga 😂😂😂😂😂😂

La cena é stata di ottima qualità, il personale gentile ed il prezzo onesto. Ottimo il BBQ.
