06/11/2025: A beautiful restaurant with delicious food, and the staff are excellent at explaining things and making recommendations.
The only thing the service could improve is this: We ordered a low-priced wine that wasn't available. The alternative wine offered was almost twice as expensive; perhaps this could have been mentioned. However, it tasted good, and that's what matters most.

In response to the owner's comment, the prices are outrageous for the quality.
15/01/2026: Spacious, very simple, I'd say basic place. Good pizza with plenty of toppings. Friendly, professional service. Fair prices.
Recommended for large groups.

26/10/2025: A Big Disappointment at Mario & Pinela – Calasapone (Sant'Antioco)
I've known Mario and Pinela for over 40 years, ever since they started at Coequaddus. Originally from Sant'Antioco, I come here several times a year to see my family, and I've always enjoyed stopping by their place.
But this time, what a disappointment... We went to their Calasapone establishment two days ago: there was only one couple there, no menu displayed, and no prices listed. We ordered two Ichnusa Limone beers and asked for a snack. The result: a simple piece of melted grilled pecorino... and a bill of 25 euros.
Frankly, at that price, it's understandable why the island's restaurants are gradually emptying out. If tourists are being charged the same amount, it's no wonder Sant'Antioco is losing its old-world charm. In other bars on the island, the prices are clear, posted, and remain the same for everyone.
Honestly, it would be nice if the Finanza would come and take a look, because operating without posting prices is simply wrong and prohibited.
To answer you, sir, you are dishonest!! And your numerous reviews attest to that 😥
I am not a tourist, and your actions are punishable. Yes, it was windy, and you charged us 25 euros. You can't verify this since you didn't give a "scontrino."

05/12/2024: Una piacevole scoperta, cucina veramente ottima, personale gentilissimo e simpatico, conto giustissimo per quello che abbiamo mangiato. I piatti ricercati ma con una buona porzione, salumi e formaggi della zona, tutto fresco e saporito. Consigliatissimo.
16/11/2024: Il locale si presenta più come un bar che come ristorante. I presupposti non erano ottimi all’inizio, ma la gentilezza della cameriera e il cibo ottimo e ben presentato hanno cambiato la mia opinione.
