15/08/2026: I went for dinner last night with some friends. They'd already raved about it, so my expectations were high, but the place and everything else exceeded them.
I'll definitely be back. Kudos to the owner, a perfect hostess.

11/08/2026: We spent a delightful summer evening in the greenery of this restaurant, nestled in the middle of a grove on the edge of a natural canal! The food was a real surprise, with traditional cuisine revisited in some ways! The dishes were generous and tasty... the appetizer was amazing, consisting of many small samples of truly delicious, locally sourced produce! Alberto, the owner, is truly friendly and professional; he made us feel right at home! I highly recommend it.
05/08/2026: Typical Salento hospitality, good food, and a perfect location for those who want to relax in nature.

18/08/2026: I'm very sorry to give such a low rating, but:
The entire staff was constantly rushing around like it was a marathon. The restaurant was almost full, but not so full that waiters were literally forced to run between courses, a result of disorganization in our opinion.
The wait for our dishes was fairly long, but the icing on the cake came when it was time to pay.
After several minutes of waiting and about a dozen people queuing to pay, a lady from the restaurant angrily told us that we just had to wait, as if we were begging.
Dear lady, learn some manners from your younger colleagues who always treated us well at the table, because you are the only reason we and others here will never return to your restaurant.
18/08/2026: There's so much (perhaps too much) variety on the menu, you can get lost in the choice. The quality isn't always satisfactory.
