02/02/2025: In the heart of the city of Trani, a simple but refined place that EXALTS the ancient flavors of Apulian cuisine. Every year I decide to celebrate my birthday here Alessandro always surprises me with new menus and new ingredients. I would certainly tell you to always start with the appetizer proposals, they are a foretaste of the Apulian traditions, a good first course (it varies according to the seasonality of the food) I love all the first courses he offers with pumpkin or turnips and you cannot give up the 'Extensive tasting of quality meat and exquisite desserts. The price is proportionate to the quality of the food. The service is quick and professional. Super recommended

01/02/2025: If you offer the possibility of booking, you should let customers in a maximum of 10 minutes after the indicated time and no more than half an hour later. Furthermore, (many) people should not be allowed to pass through without a reservation.
Unfortunately I had to leave early due to the train, even though the pizza didn't arrive more than 50 minutes after ordering. The absurd thing is that tables that arrived much later than us received them almost immediately, so I don't understand what happened.
I thank the waiter who served us for his understanding.

20/11/2024: 2 people ordered a small plate of mozzarella and stracciatella, they bring us a plate containing 1/3 mozzarella 1/3 tasteless arugula 1/3 cherry tomatoes... but who asked? Then a plate of stracciarella;
Pasta with mushrooms and pasta with mushrooms, tomatoes and aubergines...both horrible!!!
Finally, a cassatina mistakenly (I hope) put in the microwave which also destroyed the sweet.
Finally, the service lady cleared a table and to answer us she left a semi-empty bottle of mineral water on the table reserved for us.
Expensive price without eating almost anything.....€45.

04/03/2025: A year ago, during a company dinner, I spent over 800 euros. At the time of the bill, the owner offered bitters and grappa to the company. Without any pretension, I asked for a gin and tonic, receiving in response a sarcastic 'Now let's exaggerate'. I paid for my drink without any problems, because fortunately I don't need offers. I even refused bitters and paid for them myself for my employees. But one thing stuck in my mind: does the difference in cost between a gin and tonic and a bitter really justify such a comment? The mentality of an entrepreneur is measured in welcoming and respecting the customer, certainly not in ostentation. As for me, I won't set foot there again.

11/02/2025: Io e mia moglie abbiamo optato per il menù turistico da 25€ con limitate proposte che prevede un antipasto, un primo e un secondo. Dopo qualche minuto che avevamo scelto le portate ci dicono che le cozze ( cioè uno dei due antipasti che avevamo ordinato) erano finite. Già, un ristorante che si affaccia sul bellissimo porticciolo di Trani ha finito le cozze. Passiamo ai primi piatti, onestamente devo riconoscere che erano buoni. Infine i secondi, ci risiamo, in alternativa all'orata ci portano un cefalo...... e che cefalo Ah ah ah ah. Anche il fritto misto era secco. Vabbè, abbiamo sorriso, pagato e poco soddisfatti ce ne siamo andati.
09/02/2025: Pessimo ma pessimo veramente, hanno portato prima il secondo e poi i primi … in più per concludere hanno fatto pagare pure il coperto ai due neonati. Chiudetelo

17/01/2025: A cena con amici. Antipasti miseri e preparati senza amore. La carne poi servita fredda anche su pietra lavica tiepida con un retrogusto amarognolo. Avete bisogno di fare tanta strada ancora per imparare a cucinare la carne alla brace. C’è molto meglio in giro. Conto salatissimo. DA EVITARE.
02/01/2025: Posto consigliatissimo, ottima cucina, simpatia, velocità. Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalla ottima grigliata mista!
