4 stars because we stayed 2 days in a row with 15 people for lunch, not even a bitter was offered.

06/12/2024: Very soft and tasty meat, wide choice of cuts and condiments on the menu. The owner took great care in explaining everything. We really appreciated the attention paid to intolerances (in our case lactose) and vegetarian/vegan diets, even though it is a place that mainly makes meat.
We will be back for sure!
04/12/2024: The meat sold by weight is excellent (they weigh it with the scale at the table before cooking). The service is lacking and the environment is also very minimal... like a mountain hut. They insist a little too much on making you consume as much as possible and this borders on annoying. On the other hand, the bill, compared to the context, is high.

12/02/2025: Locale americano pulito accogliente personale gentilissimo e cordiale cibo squisito la carne si scioglieva in bocca e il dolce era veramente spettacolare lo consiglio vivamente e da vedere il posto grazie allo staff e al tutto il personale per la loro disponibilità e cortesia nel scegliere i piatti consigliandoci

A very friendly welcome, typically Italian, excellent dishes (this is the third time we have gone there) because the basic products are of very good quality.
Here is a recommended stopover for anyone visiting the small town of Arona!!
05/01/2025: Pochi piatti ma ben curati anche se è di fatto una paninoteca di carne macinata. Buon cibo, fresco e di qualità. Conto ok, servizio .. non sempre all' altezza.

02/02/2025: Normal pizza... waitress with long mahogany colored hair, extremely rude, after having politely asked her twice for bread, she first slammed the tray she was holding on an empty table, and then threw the bread basket onto my table. my table...ps. the other waitresses and the owners then apologized for the inappropriate behavior of the waitress in question.
25/01/2025: Ho chiesto il galletto con le patate e dopo pochi minuti è arrivato un galletto che sicuramente era stato cotto molto tempo prima ed è stato riscaldato frettolosamente al microonde e quindi era freddo come anche le patate

04/08/2024: Découvert par hasard, le restaurant présente bien et l’ambiance lounge est au rendez vous. Une ambiance plaisante, un service plutôt convenable, tout était au rendez vous pour passer un bon moment. Cependant, la cuisine (cher même si nous avions connaissance des prix) était incipide, peu recherchée, avec peu de quantité et des produits qui laissent à désirer. En globalité, un rapport qualité prix trop faible, des plats sans intérêt mais un service suffisant avec pour sauver la mise une ambiance lounge réussie.

14/01/2025: Lo consiglio, noi avevamo scelto il menù costata in cui era compreso un antipasto misto carino perché non erano le solite cose tipo affettato ecc,costata da 1,2 kg da dividere in due con contorno, dolce,caffè amaro della casa 1 bottiglia di vino e acqua,50 a testa

16/02/2025: Returning after a year... healthy, warm and comfortable environment. Tables arranged in an optimal way. Well prepared food and above all the staff and the winning weapon of this place: availability, speed and competence and above all patience having seen impeccable behavior at a nearby table where a lady (term of convenience) showed off all her acidity and dislike. I'll be back
12/02/2025: I ate this evening for the first time in this place, everything was perfect, the place was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, I will definitely be back
