19/02/2025: Excellent restaurant located in the center of Castelfidardo. Great choice of traditional dishes from the Marche and beyond elaborated with knowledge and awareness. Excellent portions and quality of food. Quiet and familiar environment but at the same time very nice and clean. Friendly and attentive staff, helpful and welcoming. Value food quality and very interesting cuisine. Highly recommended!! Experience to be repeated.

02/02/2025: Sehr lecker gegessen, trotz dass wir keine Reservierung hatten, sind wir einfach spontan hierher gekommen, und wir konnten noch ausnahmsweise einen Tisch für zwei bekommen. Bekommen haben wir ein tolles Essen, einfach, ehrlich und sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.in dieser typischen, nicht touristisch geprägten Osteria. We hadn't been to Silvio for years due to the terrible and unacceptable practice of double shifts This year he developed a fantastic APP that allowed us to book dinner at normal times. So we went often. Simple but excellent fish cuisine. Good choice of wines and extraordinary location. For me Silvio has represented "holiday" for at least 30 years and the happiness of being able to return for the dinner time I want is infinite. Too bad the bread is a little too simple and the fries aren't there!

30/09/2024: Suggestive panorama, immersed in nature just a stone's throw from the sea. Fish-based menu, we tasted ciavattoni and chitarrine, ragusa and fried anchovies and dessert, all really good. Prices were normal. Not so easy to get to the restaurant. But it's worth it

03/12/2024: dinner on the beach with friends to remember, the place is directly on the beach, the fish served is excellent, from the appetizers to the mussels. Impeccable raw meat, top raw material!

16/02/2025: I'll start from the beginning, table not in the restaurant but in a prefabricated university canteen style, my table was next to the door that was constantly banging not to mention the cold that came in every time, heating super compliant (see photo) which anyway I turned towards myself because I was frozen, it was growing hot and REALLY GOOD MEAT, for the rest....I'll just say that I ask for desserts and they tell me there's coffee ice cream...it's freezing...I'll close it. here.... I'll leave the photos

15/11/2024: Gli ingredienti sono: location molto curata e con spazi all'aperto ricchi di fiori e piante, cibo con materie prime e preparazione eccellenti, menu' vario e originale, servizio attento e curato ad ogni esigenza. La passione dei titolari e' il collante tra tutti gli ingredienti sopra indicati.

11/01/2025: È un Ristorante pub con personale gentile e preparato a richieste o domande specifiche. È sempre tutto buono. Un punto di riferimento tra amici/e. Chi prende gli Hamburger dove sono comprese le patate oppure la pizza. Tutto ancora a prezzi ragionevoli. È consigliata la prenotazione

17/02/2025: Anche questa volta pranzo al Ritorno ottimo; ottimi i ravioli con ripieno di patate, l'ossobuco e il magro di carne agli agrumi..Punto forte è il locale non grande(2 stanze)quindi non rumoroso.Personale gentile e servizio veloce.Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

23/01/2025: Racconto la mia esperienza del menù degustazione di 5 portate a sorpresa al prezzo di 45€ a testa. L'idea mi sembrava carina ma la cena è stata pessima, i piatti sembravano composti da rimanenze di frigo. Mi aspettavo qualcosa un minimo di ricercato, ma mi sono stati proposti gamberetti in salsa cocktail (insalata, come potete vedere dalla foto, con evidenti segni di ossidazione), "una zuppa di legumi con del pesce arrosto, e ci sono anche delle vongole" così descritto dalla cameriera, degli gnocchi brodosi con gamberi e spinaci dal retrogusto amarognolo, un secondo di cui non ho scattato la foto ed un tiramisù passabile. Locale bello, la nota dolente del servizio sono stati i tempi d'attesa tra una pietanza e l'altra veramente brevi. Sconsiglio vivamente il menu degustazione. (Recensione bloccata da Google)
