25/06/2025: An absolute gem hidden in an alley way of Castelraimondo, I enjoyed one of my favourite food experiences in Italy. Ricky provided first class service and hospitality. Wine recommendations, even knowing the dog’s name that found the truffle used in my dish. This restaurant is run by a group of friends, and they’ve done it right. Thank you!

17/06/2025: We were passing through Castelraimondo, we stopped at this place after searching the internet for a place to eat. Fantastic experience, super well-prepared food and everything delicious, from the bread to the oil, the first courses and even the French fries, despite being frozen they were fried in clean oil (not a given) A round of applause to the very kind and professional service girls. 26/06/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent food and impeccable hospitality! I have been there twice and I can say that Osteria Il Mattarello is a little gem waiting to be discovered. The place is characteristic and cared for in detail, with a warm and authentic atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is really kind: welcoming, smiling and always ready to advise with competence and friendliness. I had a first course, a second course and a side dish, and I can say that every dish was a delight. Generous portions, quality ingredients and flavors that remind you of home and tradition. An experience that I highly recommend and that I will definitely repeat!

18/06/2025: We had two excellent meals here. Pasta, vegetarian, brodetto, and lamb. Everything was deliciously prepared. The two owners are so friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and service. We'll be back on our next trip to Fano.

18/05/2025: Today 05/18/2025 I had lunch with my wife in this EXCELLENT restaurant located near San Severino Marche precisely Stigliano....initially a lady did not want us to eat. (Because we hadn't booked), then a very kind waiter, probably the son or a relative of the owner, seated us inside this particular little restaurant. We ordered two ravioli with ricotta and a house appetizer for the second course. I have to say that everything was EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD AND QUALITY...homemade pasta and appetizer with really good local cured meats...after having had this very abundant lunch we had two coffees and a grappa...(I would like to point out that we were served by a very kind waitress who was very careful in carrying out her work)....excellent value for money...highly recommended this place for both lunch and dinner...you can also eat outside under a fabulous veranda...the thing I strongly recommend is to BOOK in advance because this place is normally full of customers. 03/06/2025: Restaurant located in the countryside, beautiful location in the middle of nature, with ample parking space for children to play outdoors and to relax after the meal. Welcoming service and in the right time. Appetizer of crescia, cold cuts and vegetables abundant and tasty. Tasty and tasty first courses, then we tried the piglet in the coccio, their specialty, the tender and tasty meat a marvel! Even the lamb was cooked to perfection! Bill adequate for what we ate, absolutely recommended!

30/06/2025: Fantastic Paolo, he welcomed us with cordiality even though we had not booked, on SATURDAY ... Restaurant with few seats and excellent cuisine. Few dishes available and selected and of quality. He offered us a series of bitters prepared by hand by the chef's father. What can I say .... unfortunately I live far away but I hope to return soon. A hug and thank you from the heart ❤️ for the evening you made us spend

14/05/2025: I went there for a communion lunch and I'll start by saying that the place was almost full and there were other tables celebrating other communions. In situations like these, a drop in quality and service often occurs, however I must admit that the quality of the food was excellent and the service was punctual. The menu consisted of an encore of first courses, gramigna with a red sauce and gnocchi stuffed with meat sauce, platters of cheese and cold cuts, mixed grill and cooked vegetables. All good and homemade, generous portions. Very friendly staff and beautiful location. I can't say anything about the price because lunch was offered.

22/06/2025: Fabulous place, everything excellent, the location, the selection of wines, the fish... fresh and well cooked. We chose to go to the beach establishment and then have lunch... wonderful day and despite the 37 degrees on the beach in the restaurant in a well-ventilated position and with a veranda totally in the shade you are very cool.

10/07/2025: Incredibly beautiful location on a hill overlooking the valley and mountains. Large and nice garden with two separate pools. Good breakfast and food. Fast and friendly service! Nice and fresh rooms. Highly recommended!

04/05/2025: Small place but in the central square of Macerata for a street food style break, with the possibility of eating both inside and outside, with tables under the umbrella, with everything you need for self-service. It's a shame that the place is small inside and has few seats outside. Excellent value for money. Exquisite sandwiches with ciauscolo and excellent grilled vegetables au gratin. Low prices.
