18/05/2025: Servizio veramente pessimo, lungo e sbagliato.
La nostra esperienza in questo posto è stata davvero negativa.
Si sono completamente dimenticati del nostro tavolo senza neppure apparecchiare e tanta confusione nel servizio.
Da evitare!

04/12/2025: We had a really good pizza, very light and made with excellent quality ingredients. The place was clean and welcoming, with friendly, helpful staff.
I'm giving it a 5⭐️ because that's the maximum allowed. We'll gladly return.
30/11/2025: What can I say... Two and a quarter hours for a pizza, karaoke is by reservation only and it's not written anywhere, and the owner demands you know... The waitresses are good, but the owner doesn't accept contradictions and is also arrogant and rude, he doesn't pay attention to the customer and doesn't apologize for the inconvenience caused. Not recommended. In his opinion, he doesn't care... I don't know what he's banking on, given that the quality of the pizza is poor.

17/11/2025: After a while I went back, but still nothing if I could. Yesterday, Sunday, November 16, the ribs arrived lukewarm, colder than hot, and even the fries, which, no, no, if I wanted to eat them lukewarm, I'd have stayed at my house. They were sent back and returned, at most, a little hotter. I say, having worked in this industry and unfortunately for them, since I'm sitting at a table facing the kitchen, the cooks can't prepare fries and ribs because they think everyone takes them, and leaving them on the counter hoping the first unlucky person will take them, I pay, I pay to have them hot. There were sandwiches that had been there for 10 minutes, I don't dare imagine how they got to that poor customer. Next time, if I'm back, as soon as the first cold forkful hits, I'll get up and leave.
16/11/2025: Friendly staff, but you can't come on Sunday for the all-you-can-eat ribs deal with the place half empty and have them wait more than half an hour between the first and second rounds, asking repeatedly if we wanted more because the kitchen has to close, not knowing we were still waiting for the second round...

19/11/2025: For lunch, I had a double sitting bull burger. The meat was very dry, and it seemed reheated, in fact, the burgers arrived in 3 minutes. For €15, I expect a respectable burger; otherwise, I'll go to other chains where it costs half as much. It's not the first time I've been here, but today, unfortunately, it was really bad.
11/11/2025: The waiters are a little slow. The bathroom... I'm speechless. I'm so sorry.

10/03/2025: A business dinner to forget. The ribs were burnt, if not charred. The staff was average but tending to be absent. The only delicious touch was the apple tart with ice cream. The place was clean but sterile.
22/02/2025: Solito Roadhouse, del resto da una catena ti attendi che lo stile, la qualità e in generale tutto il format di offerta sia lo stesso dovunque tu vada. Purtroppo in questo caso una delle poche variabili non controllate dall'alto è saltata. Il locale era freddo, per problemi all'impianto di riscaldamento. Succede, ma quando poi senti che sono giorni e che non hanno ancora "avuto il tempo" di chiamare l'assistenza per irparare il guasto, beh, allora c'è un problema.

06/01/2025: Ci hanno accolti nonostante fossero le 17,00 ed il ristorante fosse chiuso. Il personale è gentilissimo, disponibilissimo e professionale. Ottimo ed abbondante l’aperitivo, ottima la carne, ottimi i vini.
Il titolare è stato cortese e generoso.
Ci torneremo sicuramente, consigliamo a tutti questo ristorante.
16/12/2024: Ci siamo recati per mangiare qualcosa…abbiamo ripiegato sulla pizza (normale e padellino),ma non le commento…orribili!servizio pessimo: trattati con sufficienza,senza considerare minimamente la cura e attenzione al cliente. Voto 0 …e potrei andare avanti…

13/05/2025: Das Resrsurant verfügt über eine große Auswahl exzellenter Weine. Das Risotto war ebenfalls von sehr guter Qualität und großartige Geschmack. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

La miglior cotoletta che abbia mai mangiato!
Anche i dolci erano molto buoni.

20/01/2025: Andato di domenica per far mangiare le ribs ai miei figli di 10 e 7 anni che ne vanno matti.
Mai avuto problemi con gli altri roadhouse, ma in questo tra personale scortese e piatti sbagliati davvero un disastro
03/01/2025: Purtroppo temo che non ci metterò più piede.
Essendo uno dei locali preferiti da mio figlio quindicenne(almeno per l'Oreo Cheesecake) siamo abbastanza soliti frequentarlo.
Ma oggi mi sono dovuta ricredere.
Attesa infinita pur essendo mezzo vuoto e personale totalmente assente,almeno per alcune importanti mansioni tra cui sparecchiare i tavoli vuoti.
Cibo qualitativamente appena sopra la media,ma davvero caro.
Non so se sia stato un problema di questo ristorante specifico o del periodo di festività.
