01/06/2026: Lured by the grilled option, we stopped by, hoping to be treated to something that would set this restaurant apart from the ubiquitous pizza and pasta. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster, and I warn against dining there. The dishes we ordered were sea bass and lamb chops, plus grilled vegetables. Regarding the fish: it was completely unseasoned. Nothing, no salt or spices whatsoever. It was also dry as a bone and burnt. The "hit," however, were the grilled vegetables. They were partially cold, and the piece of red cabbage was absolutely bitter! Disgusting. I should add that I asked for the fish to be served as a single ingredient, even though it's listed with salad and something else on the menu. I only asked for the fish, nothing more... But of course, I was charged for the entire set, €22... No apology for the sour and bitter cabbage, no deduction from the set of unsolicited sides. No reflection. One big scam. I'll just mention that the lamb chops were practically boneless with very little meat... A disgrace. The only positive about this trip was the decor. However, it was sweltering inside (and it was 7:00 PM). The bottom line is: great potential, wasted in every respect...
03/05/2026: The casoncelli di magro are really good, and the vertically skewered meat carousel is a truly excellent specialty. They also offer vegan options and you can bring your dog. They even brought us a bowl of water. Excellent service and really friendly staff.

07/07/2026: We waited a long time for someone to come over. After 25 minutes, a woman came to take our order. After another 15 minutes, another woman brought olive oil and vinegar. After another 15 minutes, we received extremely stale bread. Despite the tablecloths, there were no plates for dipping (softening) the bread in olive oil. The drinks were served after over 30 minutes. The prices were outrageous, not proportional to the service. We also ordered a beer, which we didn't receive, but luckily, they didn't put it on the receipt. I don't recommend it.
05/06/2026: We had been looking for a place to try authentic tiramisu, and after reading so many great reviews, we were really looking forward to visiting this restaurant.
Yesterday, we stopped by to ask about the price. A young waiter was very kind and explained the price clearly, as well as the takeaway option (with the condition that the plate would need to be returned later).
Since we felt a little uncomfortable ordering takeaway only, we decided to come back today and enjoy both tiramisu and coffee at the restaurant. However, the waitress who served us did not seem pleased with our request. Perhaps she felt that this is a restaurant rather than a café, but in the end, she suddenly told us there was no tiramisu available...
As visitors who do not speak Italian, we have been touched by the kindness and hospitality shown to us by many people in Pisogne.
That is why we felt particularly disappointed by the way we were treated here.
We had originally planned to come back for dinner this evening, but after this experience, we decided to go to another restaurant.
We hope this was simply a misunderstanding, but unfortunately the experience left us feeling unwelcome.
My disappointment was only with the way one waitress handled the situation, so I'm still giving this place three stars.Even though we didn't get a chance to try it, I'd like to believe that the tiramisu here really is as delicious as people say.
