11/03/2026: Review based on the restaurant. Too expensive: 1 cacio e pepe first course (mediocre and very small portion compared to the average) + 1 sautéed chicory (inedible because it was full of chili pepper, and the top was red, not green!) + water and coffee = €28. There are MUCH BETTER options in the area.

11/03/2026: I stopped for lunch on my way back from Rome, and I can vouch for the excellent restaurant, very close to the Magliano Sabina highway exit. I ate delicious Roman dishes in an elegant setting, including a truly fabulous lamb stew. The wait staff was extremely friendly and prompt, and the bill was reasonable for the food and service.

18/03/2026: Everything was very good. High quality and worth the price. The atmosphere and staff were super friendly.

16/03/2026: We came here for lunch on Sunday following the advice of many people and they were right, everything was delicious, the tartare with marrow was delicious along with the carbonara with pistachios which left us amazed, even though I always want to try new places to eat here I would gladly go back to try other cuts of meat

28/02/2026: Wonderful!!! I would say, perfect, because there were no shortcomings. Location, service, atmosphere - at the highest level. The dishes are simply unique! From appetizers to simply extraordinary dessert. Delicious cheeses, homemade pasta, rabbit, a wonderful experience. Delicious homemade wine. The owner made a discount of 12 euros. I think this is a pretty good amount. He also treated us to a delicious liqueur. After dinner, we enjoyed a walk among the pine trees. We are waiting for warm days to tan and have lunch in the fresh air. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back! Thank you to the owners. You made our holiday even better! See you soon!!!

24/02/2026: Back in Vazia to Mastro Titta for picanha. A fantastic evening, the meat was tender and perfectly cooked. Aurora in the dining room is a pleasant confirmation of her professional yet family-like approach. My favorite place for meat.

24/08/2025: Truly a fantastic restaurant, surrounded by greenery, with a fantastic view, and qualified, professional, and friendly staff. It feels like a family. We had a fantastic meal, from the appetizers to the main courses and side dishes. If you're passing through, stop by; you won't regret it. I highly recommend it.

12/08/2025: Given that we were on a motorbike and that the provincial road from Orvinio was blocked, we had to go back and take an alternative route, the restaurant immersed in nature has annexed the clay pigeon shooting, is open seasonally, prices in my opinion are high but overall quality is good, the staff are kind and courteous, even if a little Carinaro, they came four times to take our order of first courses.
