24/08/2026: We discovered New York exactly one year ago. This place has remained in our hearts, both for the very kind and professional welcome from the owner, Mr. Gianni, and the staff, and for the quality and attention to detail of the dishes, which are truly delicious.
We returned a few days ago and will be back again this evening for our daughter Alice's birthday, because it's a true pleasure to eat in a place where guests are welcomed and even... why not? pampered.
Congratulations, Mr. Gianni. Keep up the great passion that distinguishes you and makes all the difference.

24/08/2026: We recently visited this restaurant and can only compliment the entire staff. The food was simply excellent: carefully prepared dishes, the freshest ingredients, and authentic flavors that demonstrate the great care and attention to detail in the kitchen.
A special mention goes to the staff, whose courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism were exceptional. We felt welcomed from the first moment, with a smile and prompt, impeccable service.
The value for money is truly excellent, considering the quality of the offerings and the attention to detail. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

17/08/2026: If you're looking for a restaurant with soft music, a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent cuisine, then you've come to the right place.
As soon as we entered, we were greeted by pleasant music, at a perfectly balanced volume, capable of accompanying the evening without ever being intrusive. The atmosphere is refined, calm, and truly pleasant.
The wait staff was always helpful, courteous, and attentive, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable.
And as for the food... to say it's high-quality, as well as delicious, is truly an understatement. Every dish won us over, both for the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation.
An experience I absolutely recommend and one I can't wait to repeat.

17/07/2026: You should make a reservation in advance if you want to sit outside. The food did not meet expectations, the lamb skewer meat was chewy.

25/06/2026: Unfortunately, I noticed that the quality of the dishes has dropped a bit compared to the past. The appetizer was good, but the sliced steak with plums was too rich and therefore sweet. I also don't like the direct contact of food with wood. The service was friendly, although the wait was a bit long.

06/05/2026: For goodness sake, dark meat, terrible service, and above all, they have nothing on the level of white meat. I have health problems and can't eat red meat. I went there because the photos sent me, but Jon has DISHONEST chicken, veal, or pork. Don't go.
I'm editing this because it won't let me respond. You had NOTHING compared to the DISHONEST menu.

10/06/2026: It was the first and last time I went. I went for dinner. First of all, they are very rude, to have a bottle of water brought you have to ask several times. Then you set a price and when you go to pay it increases almost double. Without eating, at least we stay light 😀😀

22/08/2026: Terrible service and terrible food. Even though the ingredients seemed good, we stopped here on purpose, following a recommendation from social media, even leaving the highway given its location near the Frosinone highway exit/entrance. The reviews are perhaps 🤔 unrealistic in my opinion. We were served poorly, ate worse, and sent the food back. The quality of the ingredients is actually there. I don't understand, maybe we came at the wrong time. I came here on 08/21/26!!

20/08/2026: We waited 40 minutes just to order. After finally ordering three blue crab gnocchi, we were told after another 20 minutes that the crab was out; so we opted for two gnocchi with scampi cream and one with tomato sauce. The second course arrived practically at the same time as the first course, so it was completely cold, and one of the three main courses was the wrong one. When we got to pay, they had listed three crab gnocchi, and after telling the lady we'd had to order something else, we were told that the tomato gnocchi cost the same as the crab gnocchi, and that if our colleagues had written that that, it meant we'd eaten crab gnocchi... terrible experience, we'll never go there again.

09/04/2025: Hello everyone...what can I say? I was very satisfied. The welcome was professional and friendly (as if I were at home).
The food, as you can see in the photos, was excellent, especially the pizza...fragrant, soft, and cooked to perfection. It was cooked in an electric oven that was well managed, both in terms of cooking and timing, so my compliments go to the pizza chef.
I'll conclude by saying that I recommend going for both lunch and dinner. With a good menu, you won't be disappointed...so, Buon Appetito, everyone!

Il resto veramente approssimativo.
Ho rispetto per chi lavora quindi non mi dilungo ad elencare i particolari…magari è stato solo un caso sfortunato.
Alla signora in cassa però chiedo perché mi ha addebitato un euro in più sul conto, quando ho chiesto di splittare il totale su due carte di credito. “Sono 75€…ma se è così faccio 76€”
Mai vista una cosa del genere.
Per un euro (1€…) ha fatto davvero una brutta figura, mi creda.
10/02/2025: La cosa che più li contraddistingue è la loro capacità di farti sentire a casa.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente il loro punto di forza. Menù ricco di scelte e porzioni giganti!

27/04/2026: I decided to book an aperitif for my son's graduation, knowing I'd make a great impression, and I didn't go wrong.
The location was meticulously prepared, the food was overflowing (besides being delicious and high-quality), and the atmosphere was family-friendly.
The waitresses were very friendly and courteous.
"Just like home" is how you feel at Dolce Tagliata.
