05/01/2025: Posto accogliente perfetto per gustare ottima carne e vari tipi di carne,il proprietario ti accoglie e ti consiglia con attenzione, abbiamo degustato diversi tagli tra cui gli arrosticini, filetto delicato e morbidissimo, la picanha davvero succulente accompagnato da ottimo vino, e per concludere ottimi dolci,posto piacevole e di classe lo raccomandiamo vivamente

02/01/2025: Not only did they give us a warm welcome but also made us feel at home. We hadn't been able to find a place to have dinner when we found this restaurant where we could celebrate the new year. Highly recommended. Delicious food and unique dishes.

The food is delicious and well prepared, even aesthetically. The staff is friendly and always attentive to customers. On the occasion of the tasting of wines from the Librandi winery, the menu proposed was excellent and balanced.

Abbiamo pranzato, antipasti caldi e freddi buonissimi, due assaggi di primo, gligliata mista ottima, dolce e caffè!.... Un salto nella cucina della tradizione.... Poi che dire.... Il vino nella piccola botte da 2 litri a tavola un incanto!... Consigliatissimo....dimenticavo.....il conto?.... È che ve lo dico a fare!..... Dovete solo provare per credere

26/03/2025: I was there a few Sundays ago, the place was packed with people and they found us a place to stay and so far so good! We order, some people get what they ordered, others after a very long wait a waiter, albeit kind, arrives and tells us that the buns for the hamburgers are finished and that the sandwich would be replaced with panpizza... already here the first slip because after an hour of waiting for the sandwich in the kitchen you should know that you would not have covered all the orders... worse, a small group of people including me go away and leave the table given the late hour and ask for the bill and if it could be split... the boy at the cash register, very annoyed, answers that it can't be done because the cash register doesn't allow it... which is completely false because all the cash registers in the places do it and the cash registers of all the places are authorized to do it. However, having said that I don't think I'll go back since 2 times out of 2 the treatment was not very correct.

15/03/2025: Allora; io non so gli altri ma noi abbiamo prenotato per le 21:30 e siamo dovuti entrare ed uscire 3 volte perché ancora non c'era posto. Organizzazione zero.

16/11/2024: I had been living in Tropea for a few weeks and this place and their sister restaurant, la dispensa by boca, are my favorite spots by far. The food is amazing, I enjoyed every meal and kept going back. I tried a few of the pasta dishes and main courses, and all are delicious, including the friesian sirloin steak, which was perfectly cooked. the three course tasting menu is a very good value. All of the seafood was very fresh and very well prepared. I loved how they mixed flavors and explored new ways of incorporating Calabrese staples. Each meal was a really fun foodie experience. The wine selection is also excellent. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and excited about the food and wine. It’s also beautiful as it is in the square next to the duomo. This is a must visit when in Tropea, enjoy!

11/03/2025: I had dinner with my husband on a Sunday evening when the fridge was empty and the imagination of cooking was absent and we landed at El Puente, mindful of a previous very positive experience with pizza. this time we chose the meat (burger) accompanied by baked potatoes and salad and 2 excellent craft beers. what can I say? although the place was (rightly) crowded, the service was quick, courteous and friendly. we had a tasty dinner and returned satisfied.

09/03/2025: Pay attention to the prices if you order at home I ordered a classic lumberjack and so it arrived at the list price of 6.50 and instead I paid 11.50 for the half metre. And then they advertise free domicile. And thank goodness! Smart, I attach photos of your prices since you replied that I would have chosen the wrong pizzeria!

31/03/2025: Average pub with average food. Pasta with anchovy sauce, so aldente that it is hard, with noticeable raw flour. The sauce is completely liquid, without the texture of the ingredients. Only Belgian/Italian beer is ok, because there is no Calabrian beer

05/11/2024: Laat je niet afschrikken door de ingang want dat is voor de take out ! In een apart stuk kan je zitten . Wij aten overheerlijke malse steak met een slaatje en frieten . Perfecte cuisson . Als dessert nog een tiramisu en het was meer dan geslaagd . Leffe van het vat !

07/04/2025: Siamo stati con il mio compagno domenica a pranzo. Ottimo antipasto, tagliatella ai funghi abbondante e molto buona, una tagliata che si squagliava in bocca, i proprietari la ciliegina sulla torta. Torneremo con immenso piacere.

30/10/2024: We went on Sunday with a fixed menu and what a menu... many appetizers based on mushrooms but also home-grown products. The tagliatelle are delicious. We hadn't been there for a long time but it proved to be a good place to have lunch. Added to the excellent food is the courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness of the dining room staff. They try to make customers feel at ease and this is how you don't feel like just an extra cover but a customer to be pampered.
