14/10/2025: Parco dei Mulini has been a trusted favorite for several years now. I've been here often, even on different occasions (in the summer, the kiosk is open, you can eat outside in the heavenly temperatures, and the live music evenings are fantastic!).
In the winter, they host indoor evenings, and the menus change based on events (the pizzas, in particular, are updated frequently!). Top quality in everything, from beers to main courses, all the way to dessert (made by the fantastic staff), and the pizzas are unparalleled: the best pizzas in the Ortona area and the surrounding area, even though we're in Crecchio. Generous portions and affordable prices. The owner is super. The place is beautiful, surrounded by the greenery of a charming former mill, and it's not uncommon to spot a few animals!
24/09/2025: Always happy to book. Relaxing place, even if it's always busy. The food, both meat and pizza, is always excellent. The beers are also good, with a wide selection. Good value for money.

04/11/2025: I had a pizza; the dough and ingredients were good. The waitress was courteous and helpful. The bread, made with pizza dough, was also good. The dining room is large and has plenty of pub-style seating.
03/11/2025: We went for lunch during a soccer tournament my son was participating in. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere was also lovely. Service was quick and attentive to the guests' needs, and the food was delicious and plentiful. Everything you need to make you feel good. Coffee was complimentary!

08/11/2025: Everything I ate was exceptional, the quality and price were spectacular, and I will return again, again, again. The staff is truly wonderful, courteous, and truly professional. Other negative comments are unnecessary. It's not a playground, it's a restaurant. And that's it.
21/10/2025: Truly excellent staff, worth a visit alone, always smiling and ready with a joke. We ate excellent arrosticini. I recommend the house appetizer, which honestly, if I'd eaten alone, I would have filled up. Three portions were enough for seven people.
The first course was good, and the wine selection was excellent.
Competitively priced. We ate and drank a lot for about €30 each. What more can I say? We'll definitely go again.

26/10/2025: A pleasant evening with friends, with excellent food and a comfortable atmosphere. The room isn't very large, so there's no crowding and the service flows smoothly. Something I really care about: a clean and fragrant bathroom! Make a reservation, otherwise you'll have a hard time finding a table.

26/10/2025: Unfortunately, it was a bad experience for us. We arrived around 2:15 PM, a bit late, but the restaurant was still open and bustling, and they seated us without any problem. We took a few minutes to peruse the menu, which, as the waiter said, "needs to be Googled," which was truly absurd for such an elegant and serious establishment. We ordered four appetizers (two each) and two first courses. The first two appetizers, my companion's, arrived after about a quarter of an hour, but mine didn't arrive. Another ten minutes later, one arrived, and we also asked for another bottle of water since we'd finished the first course while waiting. After a quarter of an hour, the waiter came to clear the table and bring the first courses, so we pointed out that one appetizer was missing and immediately went to the kitchen to ask for one. Meanwhile, there was still no news about the water. Another ten minutes and the last appetizer finally arrives, with the waiter's apologies, and my companion gets up to ask for water again, since apparently the waiters start telling us they'll be "coming right away" and then magically disappear. Of course, there's not even an apology from the waiter, who preferred to chat with his colleague rather than bring us a simple bottle of water. This honestly bothered us, not only because of the wait, but also because of the insult of being treated condescendingly and annoyed when we pointed out that we'd been waiting almost half an hour for water.
Exactly an hour later, at 3:15 PM, we finally manage to eat all our appetizers (or rather, I did, while my poor companion, rightfully so, waited the entire time, quite hungry) and they bring us the first courses, not without a bit of a wait for those as well. Too bad her paccheri were raw, literally—not al dente, but downright RAW, hard to eat, and white on the inside. My rice was over-salted and essentially plain, with a few vegetables on top, since the jam that flavored it was only in a small portion in the center of the plate, and nothing else. (I'm not mistaken, but the menu should have included hazelnuts in the rice, which obviously didn't arrive.) We decided not to send the dishes back, otherwise we would have been out by dinner time. It was a real shame, because the appetizers were delicious, and we would have even ignored the wait, had it not been for the first courses and the rudeness of two out of three waiters, who didn't even bother to apologize and, in fact, acted annoyed, not to mention the gentleman at the cash register who didn't even bother to reply to our greetings. We ultimately decided to skip the coffee and desserts, even though they looked tempting, both because of their rudeness and because we left the restaurant at 4 pm. Almost two hours for four appetizers and two first courses, mind-blowing to say the least.
26/10/2025: Perhaps the best arrosticini I've ever eaten in the world. The highest quality. If it's available, try the Cuban, a sweet cigar-shaped dish that's sprinkled with rum on the spot and served in a dish shaped like an ashtray. An experience.
Definitely worth returning to.
