11/03/2025: Very good!! Many years in Bologna and I discovered it thanks to my nephew. Small and with lots of variety, don't be like my superboomer sister who had an espresso 😅 obviously it wasn't great, with everything they offer it's better to rely on them! Staff on average courteous and helpful

11/02/2025: During our recent stay at the Buon Hotel, we were extremely satisfied in every respect. The central location proved ideal for exploring the city's main attractions. The structure stands out for its impeccable cleanliness, both in the common areas and in the rooms. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the attention paid to guest comfort. I would also like to mention the exquisite friendliness of the owner, Mr Paolo. His availability and professionalism made our stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend the Buon Hotel to anyone wishing to spend a stay in Bologna.

26/01/2025: Excellent hotel. Available at any time. Clean, tidy and very aesthetically pleasing rooms. Great advice.

22/03/2025: Bad experience... waited more than an hour... initially the problem was that there were too many takeaway orders and then that the system had not printed the order. I only paid 21.80 for two 66 beers and a liter of natural drink. We're not coming back anymore.

16/03/2025: Arriving with the wrong reservation (not confirmed online by us), so they move the reservation 40 minutes later, at 9.40pm, we sit at the table abruptly vacated by the waitress with people still sitting (who on the way out I heard complaining about this), finally sitting at the table, they take the order at 10.10pm, moreover bringing us the menus for the week (wasting further time) in the end we managed to order. The chair I was sitting on was half worn, the dishes were almost all chipped and the waiters were listless without too many worries. The food is medium-low quality, nothing exciting. The PLASTIC beer holders are all dirty inside with a lot of encrustation. I didn't find LOVE as it says on the poster at the entrance, I was disappointed. I left the table with heartburn (not from disappointment!). IT IS DEFINITELY NOT A RESTAURANT TO WHICH I WILL RETURN. I will definitely appeal to the USL and NAS
